I was really looking forward to this ring, mainly because of the color of the Iolite. I did not expect dark stones, but neither did I expect the washed-out stones I received! If most of these rings are light in color, then show an example of the majority, not one or two you cherry-picked! No matter which way you turn this ring, you don''t even get a medium Iolite color; it''s just blah!!!

Like the two other reviews, my ring is the same pale blue color. Not at all like the one in the video and like the one they showed on tv. Shame on you HSN. This is not the first time this has happened. You sell alot of jewelry to a really big consumer base, so then, why do you show one ring and deliver a different one? Girls, I do go by these reviews, hope you do too. Unfortunately, we are the first to review this ring. Consider this purchase carefully.

As another reviewer mentioned, the stones on my ring look nothing like the deep, rich color of the on-air ring. The design is pretty but the stones are pale and washed-out in appearance. I was expecting to receive something quite different from what actually arrived. I''ll be returning this one.

Nice ring, quality of stones-POOR!.The one online and in the video has a rich dark color.Paul Deasy mentions how rich it is.Then he holds up a tanzanite ring in silver to compare, and the iolite is much richer and darker.Ring I received is set with really pale stones just like the pale tanzanite ring.So pale there is no dichroic color change!I want the one in the video!Stop the bait and switch HSN!Where is your quality control?Talk about color, and then don''t deliver it.Shame on you HSN! |
