I've purchased better products at the hair salon. This product made my hair just a "bit" soft but nothing to rave about. For the price, I think the bottles should be larger as well.

My daughter is African American and she has long hair that has been very difficult to care for in the past. This product has saved my daughter and me from a lot of pain and stress. This product is the first one and I have tried many that allows for easy brush out. It is a wonder hair care product, smells beautiful and allows my daughter to care for her hair without my help. I would highly recommend this product to anyone; it has really changed my daughter’s attitude about her hair.

I thought I would try this shampoo and conditioner,and the other reviews are right. The conditioner is very watery. The shampoo is OK.ALthough both these products work clean & moisturize hair, I am more impressed with the Serious skin care shampoo & conditioner Vitamin C thicker and fuller formula. I would not buy the olive oil shampoo and conditioner again.

PLEASE bring back the 4 pack of the shampoo and conditioner. I LOVE the conditioner and the shampoo, it helps my dry hair SO much. It is the best product for my hair type I have tried. BUT, it is not affordable to me at $15 plus S&H per bottle. At least when the 4 pack was available, I could afford to use this product. PLEASE BRING BACK THE 4 PACK of shampoo and conditioner.

I agree with the neg reviews...It's okay, when you first open it,but it thins out.It's like water in the palm of your hand.You end up with the prod between your fingers.I have very long hair so need to use a lot.But I waste too much.However,I like the condition of my hair after using it.But I absolutly hate the consistency of product.

I originally received the shampoo and conditioner in a package of other Serious Skin Products. I love both products. My hair is natural and I sometimes flat Iron it straight. The conditioner is my favorite. These products make detangling and comb out a breeze! My hair feels clean and yet not stripped of it's moisture. Thanks for putting such excellent products on your website. Please offer larger sizes.

My hair has always been dry, unhealthy looking, embarrasingly thin looking. Now it looks healthy, thicker and I actually get compliments since using this and the olive oil shampoo. I'm wearing it long and straight for the first time since a teenager. I would like to see the product made thicker.

The first time I purchased this conditioner it was thick and luxurious..and I loved it...The second batch was just like water and isn't doing the job! Jennifer, what's going on??? I use this whole skin care line and never had a problem. I'm very disappointed. I'm reluctant to order this again. Please take our advice and fix this!

I have been using other brands of Olive oil products for years and thought I would try yours. I do live in the desert so need a product with a lot of moisture. After 30 days of using your shampoo and conditioner. My hair is so dry and frizzed, I am scared to do any thing with it. Will probably have to cut my hair it is so damaged! I have always taken Andrew Lessmen's hair vitamins ao I know I wasn't lacking there! Caution Ladies with beautiful hair!

I love this product line. The conditioner is just a waste of money though, as it is just too thin and runny. The shampoo is great, but the conditioner needs to be improved. It needs to be thicker and richer in consistency...Why is the shampoo thick and the conditioner soo watery?? Bring us a better conditioning product in this line..I stopped buying the shampoo, as I like to have the matching conditioning product.

I was excited to try to shampoo and conditioner, especially as it came in kit with my absolute favorite olive oil soap. The conditioner is way too runny, making it difficult to use and does not provide moisture as expected. It does leave my over-treated hair softer and with less tangles and easier to manage, but not as shiny or moisturized as expected.

The conditioner is supposed to be runny. A little goes a long way for long hair. Mine is also color treated, and this is the only conditioner that untangles my long hair. Smells great. I wish the shampoo and conditioner combo would bome back. There was one time when the cond. came thick, and did not work on my hair like the runny stuff does. Don't mess with a great product. If you want thick conditioner, use the Vit C cond.

A disgruntled employee must be playing a joke by sending out a batch of diluted product - mine is pure water, not conditioner, and believe, me, I poured on the product. Still, dry hair, no conditioning... please, please, check this out and find out why others report rich conditioner.

I waited anxiously for the olive oil kit (shampoo, conditioner, body scrub, body butter...etc) but the moment I opened the hsn box....I said NO WAY....it makes me a bit nauseous. I don't think I can leave home right after using these products for the smell puts 20 years on me...

Took a chance & purchased entire kit during the anniversary show. Holy Cow am I glad I did! My fine,color treated hair has never looked better. Shiny, bouncy & healthy looking. Ordered this and the shampoo, I have psoriasis and it affects my scalp, my hair feels and looks GREAT with no dry patches! Not watery at all to me, similar to many of the salon products I have used, but this actually worked! My hair is color treated, red, and the color actually looked deeper after using this!! This entire line is wonderful!
