I'VE ORDERED THESE SEVERAL TIMES AND MY FAMILY ENJOYS EVERY TIME! WHAT I'VE LEARNED EARLY ON IS THAT THE VARIATION IN OVEN TEMPS WILL AFFECT THE OUTCOME. THE BEST WAY IS TO DO A TEST RUN TO DETERMINE HOW LONG THEY WOULD NEED TO BAKE FOR DESIRED RESULTS. I SET MY GAS OVEN TEMP TO 350, I LEAVE THEM IN FOR 15 MIN....AND TAKE THEM OUT RIGHT BEFORE THEY START TO BROWN. I'VE FOUND THAT DURING COOLING TIMES THEY CONTINUE TO BAKE AND ARE READY 10 MIN AFTER COOLING. WE ENJOY THE TASTE AND SOFT TEXTURE!

I was shocked and dismayed to see so many negative reviews on this item! I have tried all of the flavors of these pre-formed
cookies and found each and every one of them to be delicious!
One of the great things about them is that you can bake just
a few at a time if you choose. I served them to my sister and
she raved about both the oatmeal and chocolate chunk and wanted
to know when I was going to order more once they ran out!

I WAS COMMING BACK TO REORDER THESE WONDERFUL COOKIES AND I READ THE REVIEWS. I AM SO SURPRISED TO ANY NEGATIVE REVIEWS! THESE COOKIES ARE SOOOOOO GOOD AND SOOOO EASY! I would have been embarassed to serve these to my guests! The slice and bake cookies from the grocery store have better flavor and texture. Don't bother, unless you're craving something exceptionally ordinary. Blecchhhh!

These cookies were really easy to bake. In fact my husband baked 3 panfuls as soon as I got them unpacked. They did not cook in the amount of time that it said on the box, and were flatter than a pancake.
Ididn't like the flavor of either the oatmeal or the chocolate chip. Wondering now what to do about sending them back... Too bad...

Good taste but a little dry,easy to prepare just place on a cookie sheet and bake remove a little early for a softer chewier cookie otherwise they will dry out.

I have to agree with the others that the shipping on alot of things is the downfall. I always look at the shipping and figure out the price. They are giving the price on TV like it is a great buy when you add the S&H it isn't. Sorry Tell it like it is HSN.

I bought these cookies last year at the Holidays. Everyone raved about my "homemade" cookies and questioned where I purchased the large chocolate chunks. These cookies were gone in a flash. I plan to purchase them again for the holidays. I agree that the shipping may be a bit high, but it was worth the time saved. Thanks David's Cookies and HSN! You helped this working mom make baking at the Holidays hassle-free without sacrificing great taste.

Cookies are good, but I think shipping for $8.95 is a bit much. I think you will find chocolate chips in especialty stores that are equally or better than this for the price. I purchased two quantities, cost me $18 just for shipping!

I have ordered these cookies three times now - They are really good. Both the Oatmeal raisen and the chocolate chunk are equally as good. This will be a life saver during the holidays. I work and don't have time to bake, but these are so easy. The only negative remarks I would have is that the price is a little high. If the shipping and handling wasn't so much, it would be a good deal. But the $8.95 shipping puts this product over $33.00 for 96 cookies -
