I love this piece everyone loves it when I where it. My only complaint is the clip broke .I was wondering if I send it back or just put another clip in.

I received this piece in the mail today and can't understand what all the fuss is about? I have worn Toni's pieces' for years and love the ones with the claw clip, I am not able to use the can do combs...this one looks great! I wish I could stock up on them! I have long platinum hair and with the piece I have the extra amount of hair for the look that I want. The Platinum color blends with my hair even when I am do for a touch up (grey roots) Thank you Toni!

I ordered this product which was the first time I've ordered Toni's products.
I have dark brown hair so that's what I ordered. It didn't come anywhere near matching my hair. It's about two shades too dark.
I didn't send it back yet, but ordered the medium brown. I got it a few days ago and it's at least two shades too light. So I won't be ordering anymore of her products because the colors just don't match real hair. Both pieces will be going back ASAP to HSN.

I too wonder what on earth is going on with this piece. I ordered one a couple of years ago and it is terrific. I just ordered another one and I am returning it. It has kinked hair, frizz and very little if any curl. What happened to quality control ? Does she really expect us to pay for something of this POOR quality ?

I have been so dissapointed with the hair accessories I have ordered in the past few months from Toni Bratton, including this one. They all look like they were used...and when they arrived

i was so excited when i ordered this piece,but when i received it i was a little unsure. i had pieces of crimped hair on the top, and around the comb the hair is very kinky looking. i showed it to my sister and she said she thinks its made like that. she seemed to like it, so i'm gonna wear it to church one sunday and see what kind of response i receive. anywho i'm gonna keep it, i'm glad i caught it $10 off the original price otherwise it would've been returned.

Odered the light grey, a little too light, but I am not returning, just ask that you put a rush on getting the salt&pepper in stock very soon. I already have about 10 of Toni's hair pieces and I love each one. I have let my hair grow out for the first time and love the little bit of time it takes to have a beautiful hair-do for work. Keep up the good work ! ! ! I'll be checking for availability of "Toni Pony Swirls n' Curls".

I JUST DON,T KNOW WHAT TO SAY ABOUT THIS PIECE. I ONLY WORE IT A FEW TIMES WHEN MY NEIGHBOR WAS STANDING IN LINE BEHING ME IN THE STORE AND SHE SAID, I CAN SEE WHERE PIECES OF THE HAIR ARE ATTACH TO THE COMB. WELL NEEDLESS TO SAY I WAS EMBARESS. I GOT HOME TOOK IT OFF MY HEAD AND I SAW THE SAME THING THAT SHE COULD. BACK IT WENT. THIS IS NOTHING LIKE THE ONE I HAD 6 MONTHS AGO.

This is the best hair product I've ever used! the first time I wore it my husband said"it looks like you spent hours on your hair you look great" Thanks Tony. The color match's very well and i've been coloring my hair for years. If you need a costomer service staff call me!

Some of the hair was kinky and frizzy, but I cut that off and combed this piece gently and it looks great. I find most of Toni's hair pieces don't look much like their pictures, but this is fairly close, not as curly though, if you trim it and work with it a bit. I do love the claw clip for my tiny pony tail.

I would like to thank the customer who took the time to write in and say that she had trouble matching her own brown hair to tony's brown pieces She mentioned how she colored her own hair with clairol's Natural Instincts #24(clove). I did the same thing and now my hair matches the light brown perfectly and I love this piece.

... about buying these hair accessories. I finally gave in and got my Mom and I one a piece. Well, mine was very kinky it did have a lot of hair on it but it wasnt as pretty as it could be. My mom's piece on the other hand was very curly and pretty. If I were Toni I would inspect the hair before its shipped because whoever is letting the ugly piece's go should be fired. The piece I bought for me is not wearable.

I LOVE THE COLOR AND I HAVE ORDERED MANY OF THIS PARTICULAR PIECE BUT IT IS HIT AND MISS. THE FIRST ONE I GOT WAS FABULOUS AND I HAVE WORN IT LOTS. SINCE THE FIRST ONE I'VE HAD SEVERAL THAT I HAVE RETURNED AND SOME THAT I HAVE TRIED TO WORK WITH. EVERYTHING FROM KINKY HAIR TO COMBS THAT THE TEETH DO NOT LINE UP ON AND THEREFORE IT DOES NOT FEEL SECURE. THE KINKY HAIR SOMETIMES IS OKAY AND OTHER TIMES IT TOTALLY LOOKS AWFUL. NONE OF THE PIECES HAVE BEEN AS FULL OR GREAT SINCE MY FIRST ONE. PLEASE WORK ON THIS ONE BECAUSE I LOVE IT WHEN IT'S RIGHT!! SHAKING THEM DOES MAKE THEM LOOK BETTER BUT A BAD ONE IS JUST BAD AND NO AMOUNT OF PICKING OR SHAKING HELPS THE LOOK.

I have several of Toni's pieces and they all look wonderful, but this piece was horrible looking. It appeared that the piece had been matted together and that someone tried to brush it out and fix it. It also looked oily and stringy. I was shocked when I recieved it. It went back the next day.

Have bought many of Toni's hair pieces and again I'm very satisfied! Other viewers have mentioned the 'chucks' or 'pencil-like" hair. With that I say pick/shake the hair. Mine came out just beautiful. Some have mentioned the 'kinkyness' I feel it just adds to the naturalness. Again, PICK AT THE HAIRS! You can't just take a wig out of the box and plop it in your head. You have to mess with it first. Shake it over-over/pick at it/take a picking comb/and VOLA!!!
Is as advertized and I'm extremly happy.

I have many of Toni's pieces...this one is going back. The quality is bad. It's kinky, crimped and the hair sticks out. It looks nothing like the picture.
