I had to replace a Kitchenaid food processor that failed miserably because it leaked constantly and decided to try this. This did not disappoint-stronger, faster and cleanup is a snap! Always happy with Wolfgang Puck products!

Just received the 12-cup processor and so far it's a great product. I would like to purchase the mini bowl to chop herbs but when I try to search the product #923117, there is no such product. Can you please give me more info about where to purchase?

I love this product. I have almost all of Wolfgang's products and am not disappointed yet. I love the fact that the products do what they say they do. Also that Wolf and Deb take the time to show you how to use them in many different ways. Keep up the great work Wolf & Deb. I also have all of Deb's cookbooks and they are fantastic.

GREAT SO FAR - HAVE ONLY HAD CHANCE TO MAKE ICE CREAM - WHICH IS THE FOREMOST REASON FOR THIS PURCHASE!!! NEXT WE WILL BE ON TO MAKING GROUND "MEAT" - turkey, chicken, beef, pork - i just wanna play with all the gadgets - and there are allot of them!!! thanks for such a great product...wish it came with more BASIC type recipes...for us newbies...

I compared it to m "C" processer. It's a monster. All of the components seem well made. I made a batch of salsa with it and was impressed with it's power. I washed all of the parts and set on the counter to dry overnight. This morning I examined the parts and noticed salsa had gotten inside of the handle of the bowl. Unfortunatly it is next to impossible to get perfectly clean, and therefore this otherwise fine product is being returned. I won't own a product that breeds bacteria.

I have owned it for months, on many internet sites it states, processor bowl, spindle and blad shaft has problems, I didnt believe it until it happened to me too.
I went on a replacement site to find all items i needed were out of stock.
I will call them, and ask, if I cannot get the new bowl, spindle, bowl top and blade assembly, I will trash it, I will not buy another wolfgang puck product.

Bought it - made pizza dough, shredded cheese, cake batter and frosting and then the motor died. Had it for a month and only used it 4 times and it died! Called HSN for exchange-had some bumps with HSN - haven't gotten the new food processor yet but hopefully will soon. Hope new processor will last longer but now looking at the reviews - there just seems to be a problem with the motor and the blades sticking to the spindle - which we also had problem with.

Strong, sturdy,nice. Bread, pasta dough no problem even running for 3 cont minutes. Adj blade was the selling point, storage space & cost of one disc. Cleans easily. Only thing I don't like is, I'd like to buy additional bowl etc. No where can I find out how.
Used a touch of pan spray on the inside of the chopping blade so it would come off easier, but if you hold it in a towel and give a little twist it does lift off. It does hold on really tight though.

This machine is the bomb. Fantastic power and great to work with. Just received mine yesterday and shredded cheese, and cut up vegetables. Very quite motor. No problem with cord just pull and it comes out. Would highly recommend.

The powerful motor whips cream in seconds--makes awesome ham salad and is very quiet. Veggies are a breeze...It can be difficult to separate the blade from the spindle (am I missing a trick?), but other than that, it's great. The variable slicing disc is genius in that you only need to store one blade. Items store in base which is very clever, and the ones that don't fit store inside the bowl on top of the machine. I am probably going to try the WP grill next!

This was on the top of my Christmas Wish List. I had a processor but seldom used it. Hated looking for attachments and figuring out which to use. The WP is user friendly and ALL attachments are right there! Works just like shown on TV, FAST and EASY. Being able to adjust the width when slicing veggies, etc., is a great feature! Clean-up so easy, just a quick wash and dry. My husband is amazed with all the things I'm doing with it and that I'm actually using it so much.

I am a KA lover, but when I received this processor I was completely amazed @ the quality of the product. I did go out to compare the processor to others out there (KA & C) & by far the WP processor is of higher quality. I've had it for only 1 wk & I've used it everyday. My kids love the desserts that we make using the processor. Only reason I gave it a 4 is because it doesn't whip the egg whites as expected, other than that it's a great processor. Highly recommend it.

I used to have a "C" food processor, but it was such a pain to clean that I never used it. Not so with the WP model! I just chop what I need and rinse out the bowl. There are no little nooks or crannies for food to get stuck into. The adjustable slicing disk is great and makes food prep super fast. One caveat: the machine does not fit under my kitchen cabinets--make sure you measure the height!

This is a very strong machine and chops food in seconds!
However, food gets trapped in the handle of the bowl and it is
extremely hard to clean it out. If anyone knows how to clean handle easily please post.

I purchased after researching all the major brands for weeks. Basically what sold me was the storage feature AND the 3 payment plan. I was a little nervous about NOT buying the KA or the C brand, but my fears were unfounded. I couldn't be happier with the Wolfgang Puck. My husband was sold the first time we made ice cream and wouldn't care if that was the only use it had, but of course it isn't!!!!
