Well...if you LOVE seafood (ESPECIALLY GOURMET MEALS), YOU WILL LOVE THIS BOOK! Purchased for hubby, A 'FISH/SEAFOOD' LOVER, & CHEF to boot!!! LUCKY, LUCKY, L-U-C-K-Y!!!! ME! I RECOMMEND TO 'ALL' SEAFOOD LOVERS! IF HUBBY APPROVES--IT'S GOTTA BE GOOD!

Nice book and informative, however, I'm allergic to soy. Also, teriyaki sauce is soy base. Possibly I can alter the recipes without the soy. Not sure yet, so may return this book.
What's with all the "soy" in so many recipes anyway?? Looks like everything will taste the same no matter which fish is used. Not too creative!!

Very impressive cookbook with so much information! The pictures are colorful and the directions excellent. I wish I would have ordered more for gifts! Great ideas for fish dishes.

This book has a lot of information about the types of fish and seafood that are featured in the recipes. I also like that substitutions for each type of fish are listed. The pictures are also very pretty. My only concern: the cover was damaged. However, I got this book on sale for $8 during the President's Day sale so I guess I shouldn't really complain!

This is a unique cookbook! Beautiful color pictures and descriptions of different types of fish and great recipes to go with. I bought several for Christmas gifts for next year! You can't go wrong!

Ordered 2 (one for me and one for my Dad for Christmas). Great recipes, well - explained and thorough. The Ahi recipes look especially good and the photos are great. I own 2 other Roy Yamaguchi cookbooks and this one may be my favorite. Especially at the $19 sale price EVERYONE should buy one! Mahalo Roy!

I got this book as a present and have found it to be fun to look at the pictures as well as try some recipes I would never have tried before. I have made several of the items and they were delicious--even the squid.

Easy to use, fabulous pictures and food turns out like the book. Now, if I could just get it to look as good as Yamaguchi does...My family loves the six or so dishes I have tried. Several have become household favorites.
Please do a whole cookbook on unique deserts using different fruit.
