I purchased this item and it is Magic
I had to purchse two sets because my children each took one from the first order after trying it at my home. It works just as it says it will, easy, effective and now every knife and scissors in my home work beautifully.

per the video online. Found you have to be careful, because it will dull an otherwise sharp blade. Ruined my best pair of scissors that I've had for 5 yrs & still sharp, but thought could stand to be sharpened. They cut like a dream till I used the EZ Magic on them. Now I can barely cut paper with them. Had to buy another pair. I know how to use sharpeners, but this doesn't sharpen garden tools like they say either. Had to go back to using my old one. Don't know how this got such great reviews.

It works pretty well on my knives. My dull knives sharpenned immediately. But it has some problems when I used it to sharpen my scissors. Some small plastic residual cover the edge of the stone for scissors, so I can not sharpen my scissors in a correct angle. Anyway, it works really good on my knives and worthwhile the money!

I must be one of the unlucky people. After reading so many great reviews I decided to buy this knife sharpener instead of getting a new set. I tried it on every knife I have and the knives were not sharpened at all! It was a waste of my money and it costs too much to return. Now I'm shopping for new knives.

I teach school and hate dull scissors, so I picked up this to keep my scissors sharp. It works great and the second one I use at home especially for my yard tools and kitchen electrics that need to stay sharp to work properly. These are a must have for any home or workplace.

Hard to believe a little ole 'no name' sharpener would work better than my 'professional' product it does! My Sabatier, Wusthof, and 100 year old knives from my grandparents' confectionery have the best edges they've ever had. I'm back to purchase more for gifts! Buy these, people!

Was given a nice set of knives, but couldn't keep them sharp-even sent them to a professional. Then I bought this little cheapy thing. Amazing!! I'm back for more to give to all my friends and relatives.

Okay...my friends and family are now tired of me looking for things to sharpen and talking about this item. I works great, I even took it to work and sharpened all the scissors. I was on the verge of throwing out my favorite knife, now I get to keep that knife and it works like new....thanx, HSN

Not sure how someone could give the EZ Sharpener Kit a bad review. Broke out all our paring knives and steak knives the minute we opened the package. Used some knives to make dinner last night and they are amazingly sharp now. What a deal this was...and we got two of them. Great buy!

I dont understand how it could get a bad review, works great! user error i guess, its super easy (and quick), the instructions have photos too...
WONDERFUL, I used on my good knifes & it made them better than ever! I used on my crappy knifes & it actually made them usable again!! so glad i purchased, you will be too..

Purchased these recently to sharpen my scissors and knives. So much fun and they work!! I love these. Have brought back to life some kitchen chef knives, all my scissors, some pruners. I look around for something else to sharpen.

I ordered this product because I really didn't have a way to sharpen many items around my house. It has done a great job on my kitchen knives. But I have noticed that knives that have been beat up for many years or very cheap knives did not get quite the edge I had hoped they would. But they still cut much better. If you don't have a sharpener already it is a wise idea to pick this up. You get two. You won't regret it.

I bought these kit to undo the horrible mistake of buying Wolfgang Pucks special edition knife set and now my knives are working the way they should be. I practically have sharpened everything I possibly can around the house. I love this kit and will be buying some as side gifts. Thanks HSN.

I have the push lawnmower from HSN, and with much use it has gotten dull, I used sharpner on the blades, and wow, I was pushing again in 5 minutes, blades cut better than when the mower was new! I went around the house and garge looking for things to sharpen, this is definately a winner, not does it work well, it is a very good quality, it should last a long long time, and u get two of them to boot!!

The item worked just as they demo on TV and all my scissors and knives are back to razor sharpness. The reviews that rated this poorly need to learn how to read the instructions, cause I found this sharpener very easy to use. It's as easy as slicing bread. Put the knife in the V groove and pull back, repeat a couple times and the results are razor sharp. Thanks for a great product.

Used EZ Magic to sharpen a pair of old dull scissors, an axe and 2 small steak knives. I was amazed at how fast and easy it was. The axe was dull and I was surprised at how sharp the edge was after using the sharpener. Great product!
