This is not the dark gold color as shown but rather a bright yellow. The canvas is shiny and looks and feels like a cheap vinyl tablecloth that is stapeled onto a cheezy pine frame. The back is completely unfinished with the staples being shown. You can see the frame through the front. I'm glad to say that I didn't buy this to give as a gift. Too bad you can't return personalized items.

I ordered this to go in our new remodeled bedroom. I am VERY DISSAPOINTED!The canvas is not of high quality. It appears to be the same material of a cheap vinyl outside table cloth. It is shiny and looks like thin vinyl instead of nice artist canvas. It is attached to a wood frame with staples which are not covered on the back. You can see the cheezy frame through the thin canvas on the front. I would be embarrased to give as a gift. No REFUNDS on personalised items. Looks like a bad Kindergarten project instead of art.
