I love these things! I have a couple, granted not all from here, but still I love them. I don't just use it for storing current project, but I use them to keep future products together. And might I just add, that although I could make one (or have my husband do it) I'm willing to pay for the convenience of not doing so. Same reason that I pay a little more pre-sliced vegetables.

Like most kitties, mine likes to "help" me knit! With the Yarn Tainer I don't have to worry about getting my yarn tangled in my cat! They are easy to carry and studier than most knitting carriers. I also like that I can see the yarn and how much I'm using; and since I have more than one project going at a time, I can grab the one I want to take with me right away. Great idea (even if I didn't think of it first).

I love it because I knit with several strands of yarn at one time with my jumbo knitting needles. I don't have to worry about my yarn getting into a tangle mess. The size is perfect my huge ecomony size yarns.

Okay, GREAT idea! Now I can take my projects around with me in a much neater fashion. And as to the other persons review; first, yes you could make it yourself but this product is inexpensive and looks better than anything I could do. Second, why are you stealing from your daughter's classroom?

You can use any plastic jar to make your own . Save the money ...use your head . Dont take much to make it work . I made one myself years ago .looks like someone beat me to the market with the ideal . The one I made was stolen from my daughters classroom . it makes me wonder thats all . But the point here is dont waste your money on something you can make yourself .
