IT WAS TOO HUGE,NOT WHAT I WAS EXPECTING.THE DIRT STARTED FALLING RIGHT BACK ON MY CARPET. DONT LIKE IT.AM RETURNING IT NOW.

This vacuum is. by far the best one I have had so far...and at 73, I have had quiet a few....The pet cleaning attachment is just great...I even used in on my dog, who sheds really bad. She didn't seem to mind it too much....

Cannot seem to keep it at home, need to purchase one for my daughter so I can keep mine. I have no dust particles in the house, the kind you see in a beam of light, that hepa filter is the best. This vac is outstanding, it really get the dust out of the carpet, I love this machine, now if I can only keep it home.

I am always hesitant to make purchases online; however, this vacuum cleaner met any/all expectations. If not for the 3-payment option, I would probably not have bought this machine. A great buy.

This vacuum is the best I've ever had, and believe me I have had alot of vacuums in my life. It is really powerful, conveniently designed to reach in small places, cleaned my carpet so well that I didn't have to shampoo it. Made it look new again. My grand daughter scored $40.00 for making my living room look fantastic with her vacuuming. I would purchase it again in a minute. I've told all of my family and friends about this wonderful product. Thank You for selling this vacuum.

This vavuum is very powerful. Ihad purchased an Oreck vacuum for 299 and when I saw this I ordered it. I tried it and was amazed. The next day The Oreck was on it's way back. Not that it's not good but I would have to continue buying replacement bags.This one is bagless and so easy to maintain and does the job.

The only thing I use this vacuum for is the hose attachment. It is the only part of the vacuum with good suction. I have to adjust the height of the vacuum at its highest setting or else the brush head on the bottom of the vacuum will not spin. But when I have it adjusted that high it doesn't pick anything up. I would have returned it buy my husband toss the box. Very, very disappointed!

I READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE PURCHASING THIS ITEM. I WAS SORT OF SKEPTICAL, BUT ONCE IT ARRIVED, ANY DOUBTS WERE GONE. IT IS BY FAR THE BEST VACUUM FOR THE MONEY I HAVE EVER OWNED. I LOVED THE FACT THAT I DIDN'T HAVE TO PUT IT TOGETHER--IT WAS READY TO GO AND SO WAS I... I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS VACUUM. IT IS A SAFE BET AND A GREAT BUY!!!!

LOVE this vacuum! Opened it right out of the box and BAM! ready to go. Has amazing pick up- Best and cheapest vacuum I have ever owned! So strong it pulled me across the floor. The only down fall....... I am very tall 6Ft. and the handle is a little short-but easy to work around. Excellent

I brought this vacuum on 4-7-09. It's only been two months that i have been vacuuming and it's giving me a hard time. It doesn't pick up anything. Very upset,Would not recommend this vacuum at all.

My husband and I couldnt believe what a wonderful job this did. We have an older Basset hound who sheds alot. The Hoover pick the hair right up. It is easy to push on carpeting. We both really love it. I would not be afraid to buy another one or recommend it to anyone. I have a friend that spent $3000 on a Kirby vacumn and mine does just as good as job as hers.

I love this vacuum. It sucked up dirt right after I used my other unit. I couldn't believe that there was still dirt in my
Aubusson rug. And since my dog is noise sensitive, I was able to turn down the noise with the noise button. It has all the attachments I need to do the cleaning in my home. I have cleaning help and they love the vacuum too. A smart buy and well worth the price.

This vacuum is great. It picked up so much dirt that my old vacuum left behind,it was just amazing how well it cleaned.It also glides so easliy on your carpet that you hardly have to push it.I also loved the fact that you do not have to assemble it,just open the box and use it. !!!

Empower Amazing suction! Got as a gift from my mom when my orek XL Died after 5 years of service. The weight of the vacume is a lot heaver that the Orek, but it dose slide gently accross my carpet. The attachments were a + dident know I was getting more than the pet wand. On Hardwood floors the grit dose shoot out the rear and sides but not that much. Also for best preformance empty container and shake off your filter. I recomend this product right out of the box just get bussey cleaning. A++++

Great power!! I have a Saint Bernard and a two cats and could not believe how much fur and sand this vacuum picked up!! It's great to have all the attachments right at your finger tips. This vacuum is well worth the money!! I am very pleased with this purchase. HSN keep up the good work!!!
