NOT SURE HOW I FEEL ABOUT AUTOSHIP-NOT REALLY A FAN. BUT I DO LOVE THE PRODUCTS--CLEANSER SMELLS SO INCREDIBILE AND IS PERFECT FOR MY SENSITIVE SKIN. ALSO, CANNOT SAY ENOUGH ABOUT THE YOUTHFUL ESSENCE CRYSTALS. TREATMENT REALLY SMOOTHS AND BALANCES THE TONE AND TEXTURE OF MY SKIN. EVEN AFTER TRYING ALL KINDS OF NEW PRODUCTS, I ALWAYS COME BACK TO USING THIS FOR BEAUTIFUL LOOKING SKIN.

The size is to small for the auto ship. I like the product but wish they had a larger size and also not have to order all the sponges every

I have to agree with everyone else...great product, but we don't need all the sponges. I too am going to cancel my order until you offer the resurfacing cream on it's own. C'mon HSN, you can do better than this! Please listen to your customers!

The product is great but you need to listen to your customers.
We need to be able to buy a larger size of the crystals.
How many times do you have to hear this before you care enough to respond? You are letting us down by ignoring this on going request.

this is a great product, but the refill idea needs some work
as others have stated. Please look at doubling the size of
the resurfacing product and leave off the sponges and cleaner.
Then make separate items of sponges and cleaner for people when
they need it. Listen to your customers and you will be surprised
at the repeat increase you will see.

resurfacing cream....why can't this be made availalbe on it's own or with 2 sponges?
I am tired of being forced into a 'rebuy program' that offers items that just get stored away! Now I wonder what all the TS customers are going to say when there cream runs out and are only left this option for refills!? Someone please hear our requests. I too like the previous poster am not going to rebuy anything for this kit until the above is made available. We've been waiting long enough!

I like many love this product, but find it very hard to believe that HSN has not been willing to meet their customers needs by offering the resurfacing cream on its own. The resurfacing cream is great, but I don't need the cleanser, sponges, etc. I will not order from HSN until I am able to order only the items I need. You need to start listening to your customers like QVC does !!!!!!

IM 47 I have been usung this product and its great on my skin! make it real tight...espacially if your going out that evening use this product and your skin will look much more youthful and tigher....great for the guys also!

You should have it so we can customize our AutoShip. I would like to order the cream & sponges without the cleanser. I would also like to see this AutoShip, one with a duo cream, one with cleanser & cream, one with just sponges & all of them that have the sponges should include the body sponge, it wears out just as well as the others.

They offer just the microderm cream only also. I have asked it seems like for two years now to get just the cream as I need it as I don't like the wash much but don't need to replace any of the other products as often as the micro cream.
Just can't believe this is not an option YET! What's up with that?

I love this product. I use the cleanser and the resurfacing cream. My skin never looked so nice or felt so soft. However, I agree with the other reviews. I do not need to be provided all the sponges on auto ship. I want to buy what I need. I need the wash and cream. When I need the sponges or brush, then I want to be able to buy those things and not forced to buy excess. My rating reflects the autoshipment, NOT the product.

I agree. I would like to be able to reorder the cream in an economy size. I didn't like the cleanser. The packaging is not great either. It pours out too quickly and some of it gets wasted.

I love the way my skin felt head to toe the first time I used this product. Howerver, Susan needs to offer her "Create a Kit" throgh HSN. Like most of you I don't need all the items in the basic refill kit. If you go to her site it tells you about some really great additional products but the compnay running her product site will not allow you to order w/o reordering the complete system through them. I am exteamly disappointed. HSN please offer the entire Youthful Essence line.

Like many other reviews I feel the same way about this refill kit. I only need the resurfacing cream. Why can't each component be sold separately? I love what this system does for my skin but I have more than enough sponges and cleanser. I won't be buying any more kits for this reason.

I agree with all the others but I am doing something about it since HSN and Susan don't seem to be. I am refusing to buy any more product until they increase the size of the resurfacing cream or AT LEAST sell it seperately. I don't need facial wash I don't use, PERIOD. There are other products you can switch to people. Speak with your pocketbook!

Unfortunately Youthful Essence doesn't offer refill kits that fit the needs of their customers. Larger jars of the cream or 2 jars of the cream with 2 round foam refills is what we need. You force us to auction sites.

love the product: nothing has done what it does to my skin! One week later everyone noticed the difference. The facial wash is nice too, although I do agree that the resurfacing cream could be in a larger quantity. overall great deal for a reasonable price
