Ms. Lucci, I love this product, and I just received it 2 days
ago. What is not correct is the packaging of your refills!
Please give your customers what they are asking for, otherwise you will lose them to another system; "and there our several on market"...I will need the resurfacing creme long before sponges
as I am using it on all parts of body...Further I do not want to
have to buy a new machine, and entire kit to get just the creme!
I would have given this 5 stars otherwise!

GOT MINE 3 DAYS AGO AND HAVE USED IT 3 DAYS IN A ROW. MY SKIN FEELS GREAT AND MY PORES HAVE DIMINISHED CONSIDERABLY. ALSO GOT THE DOUBLE UP KIT. LOVE ALL THE CREAMS AND TONER TOO. I THINK THIS PRODUCT IS WELL WORTH IT. EVERYONE SHOULD GIVE IT A TRY AND SEE THE DIFFERENCE YOURSELF. LOVE THIS LINE.

I actually haven't received mine yet; is on its way. Last night was flipping channels and saw commercial for Y.E.,thought "cool! I get to see how HSN is giving me a better deal on this!" Was wrong. I paid $39.95 + 6.21 shipping. On info-ad, one can pay $29.95 + 5.95 ship and FREE UPGRADE to Priority mail. Difference? Mine triangle attachment, theirs day and night cream. And lower price locked in for autoship. May be returning to sender and ordering other, depending on price for refills.

I've only used this a couple times as I just got it but already I feel a difference in the texture of my skin. I'm also thrilled about the price as well. There is a new/similar product on the market starting w/a "C" sold at another home shopping channel & elsewhere for 3 times the price of this & it doesn't come w/any cleanser, resurf. cream, attachments or flex pay! Thank you Susan & HSN for a quality product at a great price!

I too love this product. It makes my skin feel so soft. But, I agree with the other reviewers, they need more autoship options or sell the resurfacing cream on its own. They sell the facial wash, sponges and even the tool by itself, why don't they sell the resurfacing cream by itself?????

I use this product about every other day, and I love it. My skin is so silky smooth!! I am very happy with Susan Lucci for endorsing this product, cause I'd put my name on it as well. She keeps her reputation as a very smart, beautiful woman. This product is great for softening my skin, for smoothing out any wrinkles, and for evening out my skin tone. I recommend it for anyone. I'm a very picky person when it comes to my skin, and this one makes it with flying colors. Kudos Susan.

This is a great product really does make you skin feel and look new. BUT I HAVE A BONE TO PICK! WHY CANT WE JUST ORDER A TWO PACK OR SINGLE 2.5 OZ OF THE RESURFACING CREAM WITH OUT ORDERING ALL THE PKG? IT WOULD BE NICE TO HAVE CREAM ON AUTO SHIP YOU COULD COUNT ME IN. THANKS FOR THIS FABU PRODUCT..

After reading all the reviews I was so excited to get this product....unfortunatley, it didn't deliver any better results than the drugstore product that I had been using at half the price!

My skin never looked better! After using this product as instructed for two weeks my face and body has never looked this good. This 40 something girl feels like a, or better yet feels BETTER than a 20 something girl!!!! Thank you Susan and HSN!

this leaves my skin fealing very clean, but the acne is still their. almost more of it since i have been useing this. hmmm.. i dont think that should happen. i will use what i have but when its gone i WONT be ordering it again.

I was extremely disappointed in this product. My system only vibrated, did not spin so I called customer service and they said it should spin and promptly sent me a replacement. Well, the second one did the same thing. They are both going back.

I have been using this for a few years. It is the best. As many have said the Resurfacing Cream (larger size) needs to be sold separately. I have so many sponges and face wash product but I never have enough of the cream. I have bought the Today's Special with the 5 oz and if that one was sold separately I am sure it would be bought extremely fast and often. Thank you.

I thought I would try this since I was getting tired of exfoliating so much....this was very nice. The machine has a little kick to it to work the dermabrasion cream around. I must say, afterwards my skin was VERY smooth. It felt so nice when I went to bed....so soft. Not sorry I got it, and will hopefully find the cream by itself instead of purchasing a whole refill kit.

I love this system! The face wash is really great, took all of my ProMinerals off easily. The microdermabrasion left my skin so soft and with a wonderful even texture. I would also like to see a better price on the refill, I'll probably just order another complete kit when this first one starts running low!

I'm a 36 year old african american woman who is just starting to see the effects of aging, plus I also suffer from adult acne and I couldn't believe the results, just after one use! My skin absolutely glows!!! I don't even need as much foundation because me natural skin tone is becoming smoother and more even. Trust me, I'm a low maintenance house wife and I feel like a queen after using this stuff!!! Kudos to you Susan.

this product doesnt do anything, except make my skin break out, maybe im sensitive to the product, but the tool dosent do anything but massage i guess, dissapointed and its not cheap for what you get

I have seen wonderful results using this product. I have noticed dark spots on my face diminishing and my skin tone apppers clearer and fresh looking. I would recommend this product to anyone.

But,$30 plus s&h for a refill? This is my second review,will see if this one shows up.The only way to have an excellent product is to listen to your customers.HSN,can you "hear" us? Sell seperately please,at a decent price.HSN sets the price & configurations after all.SSC offers duo pkgs.at great prices,what's the problem?

I did notice a difference in my skin. I am 41 years young and it evened out my skin tone a lot.
HOWEVER, Susan....you really need to offer the resurfacing cream by itself in a larger container. Please listen to your customers.
