I have a dyson and it cleans well, but it is not able to be lowered for cleaning under sofa's and beds.So I ordered the low reach tool.It seems to work o.k. but it is just too cumersome to use.In order to atach it you must remove the extension wand from the hose.Then if you want to switch back to regular cleaning you have to unattach it which takes too much time. Also, if you leave it attached there is no place to store it since it does not have a place to neatly attach it to the vacuum.
