the battery does not hold a charge. Every time I have tried to use it, I end up using another brand. This item should not be sold. I did complain, but got no reply from HSN.

I make smoothies and it's a quicker clean up than using a full blender. It seems that the speed has slowed a little bit, but it gets the basic job done.

I used the mini-food processor for the first time today--onion, bell peppers, and garlic. I secured placed the blade, secured the top, and instedad of chopping the blade jumped all over the place. The knob at the botton of the bowl became unglued at the first USE! I am unglued too. How does HSN sale this very low quality product and makes me responsible for all expenses related to the return of this item.

This small appliance makes great smoothies and mixes pancake/waffer mixes really well. I am really pleased with the product. I need to try it with a few more foods (ie soups). I can't comment on the chopping bowel. I had to purchase the bowel separately with the blender last year. I noticed that some people responding think that both buttons need to be pressed at all times to make this appliance function.

I BOUGHT THIS FOR $89.90 ON SALE. The chopper although small was great, but the blender did not work well, did not chop ice to make smoothies. zit is easier to use blender. Give it more power and it could be better. Mine went back.

This mixer is good, but rather cumbersome. I found it to be a bit too long & heavy especially because you have to hold down the button while mixing/chopping. Love that it's cordless.

I am impressed and use this daily for smoothies with frozen fruit and protein powder. It's quick and clean up is easier than with a blender. You can go a long time without recharging so I take this with me when I travel. Great for weight management. For smoothies, I prefer to crush the ice in my chopping bowl first -- it can handle this. Also pureed a soup in a nonstick pan this weekend without hurting the pan. Good job. I'd buy again.

I got this MIXXO hopeing it was as good as the electric one Todd has , it is a good product but it has a lack of power , would purchase again if he was to get one that would not freeze up when you try to make a smoothie from frozen fruit. got a great idea but needs more power.

I absolutely love this product. The best features are the extra long neck of the stainless steel blender foot and that it's cordless. Exactly what I had been looking for. I consider myself a good cook (self taught) and I always use fresh ingredients. I have used it to smooth my homemade marinara sauce and to blend a red wine/shallot salad dressing. Both jobs and other uses were done to perfection.

Got this to replace my deceased 20 year old immersion blender. So far it has replaced that AND my regular blender....the "chopper" does everything that did in small volumes. Made terrific guacamole, just threw in half a tomato, an avocado, garlic clove, all quartered, about a fourth of a small onion, crushed red pepper, lemon juice, pushed the buttons and....voila, perfect guacamole.

I bought the mixxo with chopper 3 months ago. I have used the Mixxo many times and love it. However, I went to use the chopper this weekend for the first and it broke. I have made several phone calls trying to find out about a replacement part or warranty and have gotten nothing but the run around. I have called Bosch, HSN and Ingenious products. I am so disappointed with HSN for not helping me with this problem. They do not stand behind the products that they sell.

I don't understand why everyone says you have to hold both buttons down you only hold the bottom one down until you start it and then let go of bottom one I think it works great and I have used it for coffee beans with no problem

Ordered 9/06. I knew Todd English's reputation & was aware of Bosch, so I trusted & bought. 1st time,It did very well.
Key words, "1st time". It's not worked since. It will not recharge in the charging base. It will not start.

Bosch won't replace it. I had bought a service contract thru HSN, it can't be used until 9/07. I have only a broken blender to show for my $94.90. Shame on Bosch & shame on HSN.

The blender is not worth the price for what it does. I wish I would have sent it back. It lacks power. The cordless feature is nice and it is so easy to assemble, but not that easy to use. You must keep two buttons pressed the whole time, I realize that is a saftey feature, but I still find it cumbersome as I am using it. Don't waste your cash.

I bought this a couple of months ago,I watched the demo and swore he said you could chop ice and coffee beans also, the directions said no regarding ice and coffee beans, I tried to make whip topping but I used skim milk didn't work too well, today I was using it to blend ricotti cheese for a desert and the upper part of the blender sides came apart, for the price you pay it should of come with recipes! I am calling hsn to find out about the warranty.

This is a great blender. I use it almost everyday, but I need the chopper bowl attachment so that I can make my own pesto! Please, Please, Please, offer it seperately for your loyal customers.

My order only included the hand mixer. I love this mixer and use it to make Andrew Lessman shakes using his Ensure meal replacement mix. It's nice not to have to pull out regular mixer just to make shakes. Also clean up is fast and easy.

This a a bit disappointing in that the power is so much lower than a immersion blender with a cord….however it is still a useful kitchen tool.

I like the cordless feature, but this is designed soley for sauces, soups, whipped cream, etc.
