I have been a yo-yo Dieter for the pass 5 years. I decided to by this program. I should have bought it 2 years ago!This has never happened to be before on any other program. I have lost 20 pounds in 4 weeks. Went from 225 to 205 and still dropping. I am learing to eat the right things for my body type.For all those who have given up "don't" Michael is here to help you. My mom was so suprise at the results she has ordered the program and has lost 8 pounds in 2 weeks.

I recieved this product 2 weeks ago. It was not easy to use. took over an hour to assemble. once I got the book assembled I realized why you lose so much weight! You eat less than 800 calories per day. Egg whites, veggies and 2oz of chicken will cause you to lose weight rapidly I'm sure but...how healthy is that?

This is the best program I have ever tried. Started the program on Saturday.. 5 days in and lost 5 pounds... Cooking in a "batch" makes the plan a cinch... I cook enough for 3 days.. pop it into a container and go... I feel better and look better already... It is sensible and it feels good to eat healthy good for you food. Take the time to review all the material so that you understand it... Thanks Michael!

Did I misunderstand what they said comes with the program on his last show. I thought he said that they were including the dining companion. I didn't get it .Maybe I misunderstood. DId anyone else have this problem?

We didn't purchase this from HSN, I should have checked here first, HSN offers free shipping!!!...got it from Michael Thurmond's website. Let me tell you, my husband has lost 14 pounds in 30 days (with weekends off). We will be buying him new clothes for fall. :) The sculping workout is wonderful. I jumped on that right away and won't go a day without doing it. Even though I'm a 4, I could feel and see a noticable difference in tone. Well worth it.

I have finally found a forever diet that actually works. I do have thyroid problems and I am in my forties with three kids but this diet has kicked up my metabolism. Even on crazy days that I didn't follow it exactly--my metabolism was flying. Michael is right that 70% of weight loss is diet. I don't feel bad if I miss a workout because it still works. It's some effort in the beginning but well worth the result of changing your life. Thanks again Michael!

Get the kit, and listen to the tapes.You will lose weight.I lost 60lbs in less then 3 months.If your so heavy and can't work out. Even to just walk,your legs swell. The doctor agrees,you need to lose some weight before you can do anything. This is the diet. You eat real food. Its the right foods. As for the blue prints. When you see your doctor. He can help you get the right diet. I don't cry because my sugar is threw the ceiling anymore.If you need to lose weight now. Do it for yourself.

I ordered this and tried it for a week, but back it went. There was simply too much stuff to read and follow. It may work, but there has to be a better less complicated way than this!! In fact, I found it--I am trying NutriSystem and doing aerobics/strengthening exercises, which are easy and effective.

This program didn't work for me, I followed it religiously for 6 weeks without success (I only have 30lbs of baby weight) it's very time consuming, I had no time for my 3 kids because all I did was cook and eat, so I send it back, only to find out today that they are shipping it back to me because I didn't send it back right after the six weeks (beware) and are not getting my money back,so now I'm stuck with it.

Lost 12 lbs the FIRST WEEK but get's VERY troublesome trying to "create" all your meals for the day/week. Got tired of eating the same things all the time. 100 oz of water a day, PLEASE! I'd drown myself! It does include a LOT of reading material. Tried to do the program again and I just couldn't make myself, the food is not as tasty as they make them out to be.

No diet worked for me until I tried this! I was ready to send it back or so I thought.I have thyroid problems and nothing worked until this. I have lost 6 pounds in 2 1/2 weeks which is a lot for me!I make the food ahead and portion it out and off I go! I bake the apples and puree them in a food processor and freeze them for a cool summer treat.Thank you HSN and Michael! Try it!The cards make it easy!LOVE IT!!!

The diet is not a balanced diet like I expected. I did learn something new about abdominal breathing while exercising that I did not do before. However, when I ate what he said every couple of hours, I gained a little. I assume that my calorie intake is less than some others and I just went back to regular eating. Overall, though, it is still worth trying.

I started this program on 2/28/07 (2 days after my birthday) and to date have lost 40 lbs.(just past 3 months) The weight has been falling off, and since you eat so often you are never hungry. Thanks to Michael I can now see how this plan gets your metabolism revved up. Sure it seems like lots of information at first but once you get your book together it is clear sailing. There really is almost no food preparation involved... I would give him 10 stars if I could.!!!

My friend lost over 120lbs on this product. So, I ordered it. I needed to lose 8-10 lbs. Due to menopause I was having trouble getting my metabolism working. I took the test to discover my body type and it was right on! I've used it for 1 week & have lost 6.5lbs. I don't stick 100% to the program but I do eat almost constantly and my metabolism has taken over.The great thing too is that if I put a couple of lbs back on I know how to get it off quickly! I can button my pants again!

This is an amazing diet! I will say that it could be time consuming if you don't plan ahead, but planning what you will be eating for the whole week is part of any healthy lifestyle. My husband and I lost 100 pounds in just 4 months!

This is a very scientific program that makes alot of sense IF you have nothing else to do during your day but prepare meals. It does work BUT you have to dedicate your entire life to it and the food choices are not the tastiest. Weight Watchers is alot more practical for most lifestyles.

Who would have thought I just needed more meat in my diet. This plan is awsome. For anyone who complains that the food is blan and boring is WRONG!! If you use the cook book with the eatting guide and some creative spices then its all good. Not using salt is hard but there are plenty of mixed spices that taste even better. And lucky for me im and E so I can still have iced tea. WOO HOO!!
