I am an absolute LOVER of SSS Olive Oil Bars. However, since my last purchase (which was prob 6 months ago) to my newest purchase - just received today - it seems like my new bar is oddly shaped (it used to be circular and now it's oval & seems much smaller) and also now it just smells like every other soap out there - like dove or something. When you pay $18 per bar (with shipping) I expect more, otherwise I could buy dove! I used to LOVE the old smell, what happened??? Extremely BUMMED!

I guess I should've looked more closely at the ingredient list. Fragrance is listed before olive and oil for a reason. This soap is way over-fragranced and made the whole room smell like old lady soap. I was expecting something that smelled like the rest of the olive oil line, not something that smelled like old lady perfume.

I have used this for a long time. It wasn't offered for awhile, then found again! Yea! BUT... gets a "3" 'cuz - how 'bout more pits again,old scent and a better price??? Come on Jen.

While I loved the moisturizing benefits of this bar soap...$11 is too much to pay. I am sure I can find an olive oil soap that is just as good at a much lower price.

My skin is sensitive and tends to itch when I use the wrong products. I received this in a kit. While I doubted it would work for me, I tried it and I LOVE this olive oil soap! It makes my skin feel so soft and silky and it rinses clean. Plus it smells great. Not perfum-y at all. I would recommend this to anyone with sensitive skin (and those with normal skin, too). I know it's alot of money for 1 bar of soap, but it really is worth it. It lasts a long time, too.

This soap feels wonderful. It lathers like no other soap I have used. It is so clean smelling. I just can't get over how good it smells. Your skin is so soft after using this soap. I never liked bar soap until this one. LOVE THIS SOAP!!!

I know this soap is expensive, but it is WONDERFUL soap, especially for those of us who have sensitive skin. Item 236-844 is a 3-pack of this same soap for $24.00, so at least you save some money. To me, it is well worth the money.

Although I rate the Olive Oil soap as a 5, the price is a 1. I WILL NOT pay $11.00 for one bar of soap at HSN or anywhere else, let alone $24 for 3 bars. The OO soap bar is indeed luxrious and exfoliating, but it's soap and it washes away when you rinse. It may have some lingering benefits, but they aren't worth $11 a bar. I'll stick with my Wally World Ivory Soap with Aloe at this price. If I get a bar in a kit, that would be great. But not planning to buy it on its own at this price.

When I was younger I had oily skin but as I have gotten older my skin has really gotten dry. I got this soap in a kit and I absolutely love it. I will be ordering more and I don't care what the price is. When lathering with this soap it feels like liquid silk.

Got the soap in one of the kits. This soap is soooo nice. But, at this price, I just cannot afford to buy it on its own. What a shame. If you haven't tried it, though, you really must!

Benefits of this product outway cost. One can see the hydration rewards of using this bar of soap. One comment: bar is a bit too large for small hands. ? make two smaller bars.

i love this soap to death and just used my last bar, but 11.00 for one bar, no way, i know everyone is raising their prices but this kinda stuff makes it hard to remain a loyal ssc user. come on i thought you were making ssc available to everyone, i never paid this much before. sandy in kc

This is the best soap with olive oil ever. I sent some to my brother but his wife took it. I had to send them both more. Then it was no longer available and I searcked and searched for it..I ended up with some other type of olive oil soap and was every unsatisfied. I saw this on an add for Seriious skin care and was so excited to know it was back that I ordered ten bars just to start. It also makes the bathroom smell wonderfully fresh...Glad its back !!!
