This roaster is fab. It cooks so evenly and cleans so easily. I haven't used by other roaster since. I've done lasagna, baked chicken, baked spaghetti, and roasted veggies and everything tasted great. Cookware makes a difference. Buy this, you won't regret it. I also purchased the casserole too.

This is my first Gordon Ramsay purchase. This piece is glazed on the bottom. I don't like the ceramics out there that are not glazed on the bottom. No flaws in the ones I purchased. I am very happy with this dish.

The bottom of my pan is glazed except the bottom of the ridges. Huge pan so care must be taken to move it when hot. Not used it yet. Will use it on dinning table to hold fruit when not cooking with it. I have sturdy metal/wicker tray it fits perfectly in so I can use it to carry and put on table when hot. Also looks nice on table.

Dish held almost a 10 pound bag of sliced potatoes and creamy sauce - baked to perfection. Very easy clean-up even with scalloped potatoes (a dish that is delicious, but not so easy with the cleaning). Just put some hot soapy water inside, let it sit for 1/2 and hour or so. Clean-up is a breeze. Love this pan! :)

Five stars for capacity, beauty, and cleanup. Three stars for the entire bottom portion of this piece that is unglazed, but especially for the raised ridge on the bottom. With food in it, this roaster is very heavy so sliding on the oven racks to remove from the oven is easier than just picking the dish up. This ridge makes it difficult to slide and has already been scratched by my oven racks. For some reason the way this pan is constructed, foil does not want to stay around the roaster.

stunning piece of bakeware. i have everything in this porcelain collection, ordered 2 of most things, and i am so impressed. made lasagna and soaked pan in a little water and it came out just like new. you can tell it is high quality by the feel and weight of it. everything cooked so nicely. this is the best roaster dish bar none.

I agree with the other reviewers who said that even though you are told the size when you order, when you get the roaster home it seems so much more impressive than you expect! It is a beautiful white color, with a smooth finish that makes it look expensive. I can see how it can fit a huge turkey or enough lasagna for a crowd. I'm very happy with this purchase.

This is an excellent Roaster. It will be great for The Easter Lamb and vegetables. I'll get a lot of use out of this dish.
I'm going to buy the 2 quart casserole too. High Quality and
craftmanship with the Royal Doulton stamp make this a very good buy. Please come out with a deep Lasagna dish, 3-1/2 inches high.

When I ordered this I had no idea it would be so nice! Even tho the size was given in the description, I was not prepared for the actual size when I received it. It is huge. Beautiful white, high quality, elegant looking and will be just perfect when we have dinner guests. Love all his items, haven't been sorry yet.

Even though it states how big this dish is, when it arrived I was pleasantly surprised by the size of it. As usual, it is of the quality that one would expect from Royal Doulton and Gordon Ramsay; I just wish I could afford to eat at his Chef's table in one of his restaurants - guess this will have to do - lol! :)Buy it, you won't be disappointed.
