These inserts are fantastic . I purchased them along with the Wolfgang Puck pressure cooker, which is the greatest, and am really impressed with them. I made cheesecake in it and it was very good. If you get a chance, purchase them AND the Wolfgang Puck pressure cooker. You won't be disappointed.

I love this for making all kinds of desserts like cakes, flans, etc. You can use it to make casseroles and foods in a PC when you want the speed of the cooker but not want the liquids in the foods. Put the food in the insert, add the water to your cooker, put it into the cooker, cover and cook! This works great for all PC's not just the WPPC. The only flaw I think is that its hard to get out of the PC when done. But you can use 2 forks or some tin foil folded to make a sling to remove it.

I bought this to use with the pressure cooker, the fact you can't use the handles to hold the trays together INSIDE the cooker, BIG MISS.

Metal mixing bowls (that can be bought anywhere)work just as well as this unit. I've made all kinds of cakes w/ordinary mixing bowls and expected this unit to do something a step beyond. What COULD have made this a 5-star product would have been if the purpose of the clamp acted as a 'sling' to lift/remove unit from the hot p.c. after cooking. It's only 'purpose' is to hold the pieces together for storage? Duh! A brown box can do that! What a missed opportunity this was.

i love this, it cooks great moist cakes. the rack holder is not seen in the video for the PC, so i dont know why it came with the item. love it!

This is a great product, however, with the holder it doesn't fit inside the cooker. I like making deserts in my Pressure cooker, and thought with the handles it would be ideal but it is slightly larger and won't go in the cooker.
The pots themselves are excellent, I just wish I could stack them and use the handles for lid security while cooking. As is, they are only good for keeping stacked in storage.

I am so glad I purchased this with the WP PC. I have another PC and I never did desserts or puddings as I was tired of the hassle of using a non-conventional dessert/pudding insert. This one fits the WP PC perfectly and making cheesecakes and other desserts are effortless (no more overcooked cheesecake via the oven method!).
I highly recommend this for those who really want to maximize their PC experience.
