I purchased this ring for my daughters 21st birthday, she loved the ring and so did I until a week ago she started losing diamonds out of the ring…how disappointing. I called HSN customer service department to see what they could do for me and all they could say was your going to be mad at me but to bad so sad it is past the time and we can’t do anything for you...WOW, that was not what I was expecting to hear from them… I am so upset with HSN right now! I purchase several things from them every year… now I will have to reconsider ever ordering from them again with this kind of customer service it is not worth it. If you are considering ordering this ring I would think twice about it before you do…they won’t help you if it is past the 30days and you will be stuck with a worthless $100+ dollar ring that you can’t do anything with!

I purchased the ring beginning of July as it looked so georgeous in the show. When it arrived I was pretty happy with the way it looked as well. Now, after barely 2 month of wear it is totally bent! I have a couple other sterling silver rings that are a good 10-20 years old (no diamonds, so way cheaper!) that have never bent! I contacted HSN to see what can be done and since the 30 days return time was obviously over I was told there was absolutely nothing they can or will do but I should bring it to a jeweler to get fixed. "Outstanding Customer Service" especially considering that at that rate I will bring this ring to the jeweler every couple of month! This was my first and last order from HSN and I'm sure to pass my experience on.

This ring is absolutely stunning. When I opened the box I was so pleased. Looks to be very well made and oh so pretty.
I have to say I did return it, but certainly not for anything negative concerning the ring. I am in my 60's and just thought for my age it was too cutesy. 15 years ago, I would not have blinked an eye at wearing it!
A must buy. Nice price, beautifully constructed, and gorgeous!

I wear this ring on my index finger on the same hand as my silver,diamond ,anniversary ring .Each ring compliments the other and the diamonds sparkle.The ring is actually prettier than it looks on the TV or on the web site.IM VERY PLEASED WITH THIS RING AND YOU WILL BE ALSO IF YOU LOVE BUTTERFLYS LIKE I DO.

I love butterflies, so I fell in love with this ring. It is very cute and the butterfly is a decent size. The diamonds are on the small size but thats ok cause the price is right. My husband said it wasnt worth the money but its just too cute to return. I wear it all the time!

I order this for my 17 year old daughter, butterflies have a very special meaning to us. The first one was in March had to send back a few stones fell out,was told it couldnt be fix.My daughter was heart broken and so am I. I had tried a total of 4 times the stones are not set good I feel some don't notice because they are so small (lady's check your stones). My daughter takes very good care of her jewelry and has better eye then I do. I am now looking else where.

I couldn't disagree more with the last reviewer. I have this ring and it does not at all look like a 'dimestore' ring. It is very delicate & dainty, a perfect pinky or ring finger ring for a woman of any age who loves the whimsical beauty of butterflies. The diamonds are firey and well-spaced throughout the wings and I love the little silver body of the butterfly, which is well-sodered to the band and very solid. I smile each and every time I slip it on. Priceless!

got this ring - very very nice. it is dainty which is perfect for a women that has small hands- which i do. my fifteen year old loved it to and wanted one too,but the problem is they don't have in a size 4 to 5. it would be great if hsn would have this ring in that size.pleaessssss.kathy anch ak

I fell in love with this ring the minute I saw it on tv. It is so delicate and sweet and looks so good on my finger. The diamonds are clear and catch the light to look like a little star burst on your finger. This would be a good ring to give a young teenager, or your mother for mothers day.

I am 60 years old. This ring could be for young or old. Out of all the rings that I have ordered from HSN, this has got to be the most beautify, stunning ring I have ever received. No one should have any doubt in ordering this ring or giving this ring as a gift. The show does this no justice, When I opened the box when I received this, I was lost for words. The ring is well worth the price, no doubt. This is a ring you would not even consider returning. Love it!

I've had this ring for over a year. I was hesitant because I was afraid it would look like a child's ring. But knowing that HSN has an easy return system, I ordered it. As others have said, it is very impressive in person, much better than the photos--which are good on their own. The butterfly is low to the finger so it's very comfortable--and man!--does it shine! It sparkles in any light but is just dazzeling in the sun! I love it! You will be glad you ordered it.

I bought this for my daughter on her 30th birthday. She has tiny hands and is expecting a new baby..The perfect gift for a new beginning and a new decade...SHE LOVES it! It is so dainty, and looks so beautiful. The diamonds just shine. This butterfly ring is so beautiful and dainty - the picture and video doesn't do it justice. The diamonds are tiny but sparkle beautifully. I'm ordering another one to give to my daughter - she loves butterflies and I think it will be a great piece of jewelry for her to wear on her wedding day.

This ring packs a lot of sparkle and twinkle for the size! I have finally found a wonderful pinkie ring....so cute, so cute, so cute!
