This is a very pretty necklace. The size of the amber stones are much smaller than I expected. The shades of yellow and brown to a cherry are very rich. The only thing is, if someone told me this was plastic, I would believe them. I think it's a bit too price for the size of the amber. It's going back.

Love the colors but it feel light and looks like plastic but I did keep the necklace. I have spent $$$$$$$$ on your jewelry. Must have over 50 pieces.
Question: why don't you make some longer (40") necklaces and longer earrings. Your earrings drown in my long hair. They are to small. The beads can be small but just longer like 3".
Also more pendants with enhancers to go with the shorter necklaces.

i want to believe that what i receive is acutal amber inspite of the weight.
i wore the item once and did recieve a complaint. i problelm will keep the item because i trust that the host and jay king would not say this item is amber and it is not.
yes i too thought it was plastic.
where do this amber product come from?

The colors in this necklace are so beautiful. It goes with so many things. I found it to be the right weight and disagree with the other review that said it was cheap looking and too light weight. I love this necklace, it has wonderful butterscotch/deep cherry color beads that can add quiet drama to any outfit - can be a neutral or used to POP a light color outfit as well.
I enjoy Jay King's pieces - the unusual stones and designs get compliments all the time!

Beautiful! Amazing combination of different color ambers. Goes well with my other amber jewelry. Light and comfortable to wear. Looks great on! Rare to have so much butterscotch amber. Highly recommend. (by the way, amber is fossilized tree sap, not rock. it is supposed to be light weight.)

My piece is just beautiful - lovely shades of complementing amber. Thank goodness I knew up front that amber hardly weighs anything, otherwise I would have been disappointed since I tend to like to feel my jewelry.

I so wanted to love and keep this necklace. The colors are beautiful except for the large black nugget that was centered in the middle of the necklace. The beads look more like plastic and the closures are lighter in weight - not that sturdy. I would rather pay extra for the same weighty closure

The strand I received looked just like the picture, with a lot of interesting inclusions in many of the amber beads. I feel that this is a lot of amber for the price, and when I looked at other pieces there was no comparison with the unique artistry of this piece. I am very happy with mine.

I love all amber, so I have to say I love it, but I don't crave it. I would have liked it more longer. Too expensive, but to get so many colors of amber all together in one piece, I'll keep it. You don't find anything like Jay Kings designs and combinations anywhere that I know of. And his quality is higher than costume.

Having seen and purchased MANY Baltic amber pieces of jewelry in Poland this past Summer, these amber beads rank "Fair to Mediocre".. Beads are clear without any visible fossils. This make the nuggets boring and uninteresting to look at. There are MANY black nuggets. Black nuggets are not the same as dark cherry amber. In Europe, the price of amber is also based on gram weight. Since these beads are clear and thin, I think the necklace is also over priced. Sent both necklaces back.

I had to wait a month to order this amber piece but it sure was worth it. For the price, these 3 strands of multi-color amber are hard, if not impossible, to beat. Amber is naturally light-weight so can be worn in multi-layers by those of us who can't handle the BIG large Jay King pieces. This one is absolutely a keeper. AND one of my butterscotch pieces has an inclusion that looks like moss or kelp. How amazing is that, a million-year old plant!

I love the weight. These little amber nuggets are interesting but not heavy. I was suprised. My neck gets ache and tired when I wear heavy jewelry but I like a large presence. This is perfect. I have lots of amber that I've gotten from travels etc. These are nice because I trust, Mine Finds, that these are real even though they aren't weighty. Good job!
