Never had a knife shaped like this. Went through peeling 5lbs of potatoes like butter and they were old potatoes. So impressed with this line I ordered the 6 piece Cutlery set.

I did not give a five because it is when you compare (I THINK) the Emeril wustof line to the outside wustoff knife it appears to be a tad less of the tempered product but it serves well the purpose. I tried it out and am happy with it and of course, note the pricing difference. It is a great quality product so it is a keeper as is his bread maker which I jumped into and from now on each loaf should be better and better with experience.
