Versatile for everyday use, the Emerilware by All-Clad Stainless Steel 4-Quart Chef's Pan with Lid is durable enough to stand the heat and beautiful enough for you to use with pride. Developed by All-Clad Metalcrafters and Emeril Lagasse, the Emerilware stainless steel collection has a thick triple-layer bottom disk of aluminum, copper and stainless steel, which is permanently bonded onto the pan to ensure fast, even heat distribution. This pan features a stainless cooking surface for no flavor carry-over, flared rim for drip-free pouring, tempered glass lid with stainless rim for see-through cooking and cast stainless handle that stays cool on top of the stove and has a "thumbprint" indentation to show you where to grip. I have 2 of these pans and would not trade them for any other's.
Non-stick, even cooking, weight is great... best pans ever! I love cooking again!

I purchased this item along with a set of Emeril cookware. I am extremely happy with all of Mr. Emeril's stainless pans. The quality is unbelievable. I've had stainless pans before and EVERYTHING stuck! Not with this set! These pans have it all: even heating, perfect-fit lids, great looks, and nice weight. Thanks, Emeril and HSN! (I like the fact that sides are not rolled down. It makes it easy to pour without spills.)

Better do this before HSN limits my response. A great pan but not excellent because the outer lip is not turned down, the inside is not polished and the handle is too narrow for a firm grip. HSN limits to 500 characters, come on HSN!

Emeril's Cookware is really good quality. This is my second single purchase from Emerilware and I am really thinking about buying an entire set. This is by far one of the best cookware on HSN. Between Command Performance and Emerilware, HSN will keep me as a customer.

I've had my Emeril 4Qt Chef's Pan with Lid about three weeks and have used it at least twice a week! I LOVE cooking my spaghetti sauce and meatballs in it - I can see how fast it's cooking w/o lifting the lid and I also use it for cooking pasta. It's SO easy to lift -not heavy for my aging hands!Thanks, Emeril, for giving me just what makes me happy, happy, happy!

Just received it today, it's a perfect size for so many foods. I do alot of stir-fry and this is just the right size for me. Have Emerils cookware and love all of it. Easy to clean, I hang mine from the ceiling and don't care if they looked used, it's cookware folks! I always get compliments on how nice they look, I love how easy and nice they are to use and clean, no harmful non-stick chemicals in my food!! Thanks Emeril,

I ordered this Emerilware Stainless Steel 4 Quart Chef's Pan two weeks ago and am very happy to report that it is great quality and cleans and cooks as just well.
I've ordered many pots and pans over the last eight years and can honestly say that I would have saved myself hundreds of dollars if I had known about the Emerilware Stainless Steel line.

I love this pan! It is not only aesthetically pleasing to the eye, but a joy to cook in. I have a disability so heavy things are hard for me to manage, but this isn't as heavy as the other review lead me to believe.
