A 3-layer nonstick interior coating—devised specifically for Emerilware hard anodized nonstick cookware—makes this collection a kitchen staple for any home chef. Features include a flared rim for drip-free pouring and cast stainless handle that stays cool on the stove and has "thumbprint" indentations to show you where to grip. Have tried using ss pans, but nothing beats a non-stick for eggs. Clean up is great. Will try a set next time Emeril is on. when my mother was alive she used to love to watch him cook on his shows, she would have been excited to know that I bought one of his pans.

I've bought so many "nonstick" pans I lost count. The last was the worst -- the greenpan. This pan by Emeril is the best so far. Perhaps if users used lower heat they'd get better results, and treat it somewhat carefully. I love it and plan to buy more.

STARTED OUT WONDERFUL .. NON STICK, EGGS ROLLED AROUND AND THEN STARTED TO LOSE ITS NON-STICK"INESS" ... FOOD STARTED TO STICK AND NOW I HAVE TO USE NON STICK SPRAY LIKE PAM OR ANYTHING WILL STICK TO IT.
ENDED UP LIKE ALL THE REST THAT AFTER AWHILED IT'S NOT NON STICK
ANYMORE AND I DID NOT OVERHEAT IT NOR MISTREAT IT.

THIS IS A SUPER PAN. I JUST COOKED SALMON PATTIES IN IT FOR LUNCH. AND IT COOKED THEM SO EVENLY. I COULD NOT BELIEVE IT. I JUST BOUGHT THIS ONE TO TRY. TO SEE HOW THEY ARE. WELL THEY ARE GREAT. AND I AM GOING TO ORDER THE FULL SET. THANK YOU HSN AND EMERIL
