I made biscuits this evening, and they came out great. My husband thought I would have a difficult time getting them out. But they lifted right out. Clean up was easy. I am going to use it to make cornbread next.

I have made biscuits on a regular sheet pan, then I biscuits with this pan and it does make a difference. I am going to get a second one. Your biscuits come out flakey and light.

I have many cast iron pans. This is one of the best quality cast iron pans I have. It is very well made, heavy and good craftsman ship. What is best is the ability to release the food! Each morning I put a little butter in the muffin holes and put eggs in them. They come out perfect shape and no sticking! Just like the pros would do. Very good product! Better than a #5 rating. I will buy more.

I just love this pan....everything comes out so light and airy and evenly cooked. I have yet to burn anything in this which is very unusual for ME!!! I wish Emeril would make a cast iron muffin pan for 12 muffins...hint, hint! Buy it...you won't be sorry!

I baked scones in this biscuit pan and the other 1/2 of the recipe on a very good quality bake sheet. The scones made in this were the most even browing I have ever seen. The scones on the baking sheet were too brown on the bottom, I need another one of these cast iron pans so I can cook an entire batch at once. Love it! Remember cast iron is heavy, always has been, the handles on this item help to lift with ease.

I liked the shape and size of this pan, but was a bit hesitant about the price. But I use it constantly to make scones and it's great. I especially like the "pre-seasoned" aspect, but it still requires hand washing.

this one fits the bill. another great product by Emeril and All Clad. I have almost all of his cast iron pieces now. This I will use for muffins. Makes great english muffins. Why buy them when you can make your own.

Made the Old Fashioned Buttermilk Biscuit recipe included with this pan with excellent results. Even browning, great nonstick cast iron quality. Love it! Recommend it highly. My favorite new way to make biscuits of any kind!!! Looking forward to trying other recipes in this pan. Thanks Emeril and HSN.
