I anxiously awaited the PE700II. I have a Brother embroidery machine that I love, however, I wanted the larger field for embroidery. Well, it came and 10 seconds into the first project the needle froze and would not move.
Now, I have a Brother embroidery machine, a sewing machine and a Brother quilting machine and have NEVER had a problem. Guess in the scheme of things it was just my turn!! I returned with the easy return label and see that it has been received and my replacement is on the way. I, again, can not wait to get it and begin the Christmas projects!!

I guess I really was expecting more from this machine.I have a PE 150 that I like much better. I didn't like the LED screen and I didn't like the way the USB worked to down load on the machine.I did have problems in that area.
Maybe it is just me and expecting to much.
I purchased this for the 5x7 but it is just not the machine for me.I did return it and got a prompt return with in 3 days of returning.HSN
was great in taking it back ,no questions asked.

i recieved my machine and within 2 weeks it started acting up, i contacted HSN about my problem and with a few hours i had my response from them, i returned my machine and a new one is on the way. This is the first time i've ever did embroidery but i'm loving every minute of it. i would recommend the pe700II machine. It's easy to use

I had the machine out of the box and was embroidering in less than 15 minutes. I have been able to download the PES file to the machine but can not figure out how to get the machine to embroider. The red light stays on. If anyone has the answer please e-mail me at tarpondawn@yahoo.com.

Immediately after 30 days when it was too late to return, the thread started to jam. I am very disappointed because I really liked the machine at first. Something is wrong with the bobbin. I have read the manual and have tried to fix the machine. NO SATISFACTION! The machine is easy to use and the manual is easy to follow; but, something is wrong with the bobbin. Everywhere I turn, it's the same complaint - THE BOBBIN THREAD IS JAMMING! Off to the dealer I go to fix my machine! Buyer Beware!

This machine, and it's price, is the best. I looked at more expensive machines with no USB port and decided on this one. The 5X7 emb area made my jaw drop (have one with the 4X4 hoop). I would recommend this machine to everybody.

I have had this machine for about a year. I absolultely love it! The stitches sew out beautifully. The USB port allows me unlimited capabilities and the black and white screen is no problem for me because I have embroidery software that allows me to see what I am embroidering. My Brother dealer showed me how to thread the machine properly and which needles to purchase so that I wouldn't have any problems. This machine really gives those high-end embroidery machines a run for their money.

I bought the Brother 700ll last Sept. and with illness,death and moving Needle kept jamming and wouldn't embroider. So too late to return so took it to a brother dealer and he had to replace parts. Couldn't even move the hand wheel. Upgraded from PE150 Hope this isn't a sign of a lemon. This is the 4th machine I have bought from HSN. And I want to thank them for flex pay, otherwise would have never been able to buy these on retirement pay.

I bought this machine last April and I absolutely love it! I think the most amazing part is the USB capability. I also own a much higher-end (and priced) sewing/embroidery machine, this one is hands down much easier to use and the stitching quality is better. It would be nice if the graphic display was a little clearer, but I find if I leave my design up on my computer screen as I am sewing it is pretty easy to figure out which color I should be using.

I have been devoted to Kenmore sewing products, but due to the flex-pay option through HSN, I decided to try this embroidery machine. I am beyond impressed with this machine. I love the automatic thread cutter, and needler. I have only done a few embroidery projects. I would have enjoyed a DVD, but have found the manual to be user friendly. I love the quality of the machine and look forward to checking out other Brother products.

I recently purchased the Brother PE700II Embrodiery Machine, read the manual from front to back, purchased the appropriate thread and, and went to town. Since I have another Brother machine the threading process was easy for me. The designs come out rather well (even the multi-thread designs). The automatic threader is great.

I was not happy with this machine due to the fact that the automatic threader only worked one or two times. It also requires special bobbin thread that can only be purchased from Brother. I lived in an area that doesn't have a Brother dealer so I couldn't get the correct thread. My designs never came out right due to this. Also the manual is not user friendly at all.

I purchased this machine to be a back up.
I really read through the manual and guessed at certain applications. The one thing that made me return it was the embroidery unit started to make sounds of distress, grunting, I was not going to take the chance of it totally going belly up.
When you pick a design and want to keep track of the color (thread) changes sometimes it will tell you and sometimes not.

I bought this a while ago and finally found the time to get to use it and it is a fantastic machine.
I upgraded from a different brand which was a real lemon so I was leery about buying this one without test driving it.
I don't think you'll be sorry.

I ordered this machine and the first one they sent had a problem of the thread breaking. I loved the machines features so I sent it back for an exchange. I got the second machine and haven,t had one single problem with it. I've had a Singer CE200 for 5 yrs now and this one far out performs it in every way. I love this machine and plan on getting the larger hoop for bigger designs. For the money you can't go wrong this one. Also HSN was outstanding on their customer service on the return.

I received my machine today and withing 15 minutes I was embroidering a set of pajama's for Christmas presents then towels for Christmas and I just could not stop. This is well worth the price and and excellent machine to own. This machine is so easy to operate and everything you want to do is on the monitor it is wonderful and would make the best Christmas present ever for anyone. You set it and let it go the machine does all the work and your embroidery turns out beautiful.

I'm new to embroidery but have quilted for years. I had read all the reviews and had purchased thread and stabilizer in advance. Delivery was very prompt as always from HSN. It didn't take long to learn and I embroidered everything that sparked my eye from the programed patterns that first week. The next week I moved on to downloading free and purchased patterns from the internet. Having a ball--thank you Brother and HSN!
