I ordered this item and the large cup that comes along with the normal or smaller cup was not large enough, for me maybe it is just a defect ..but it did not fit! So---each time I took my blood pressure it would give a different reading due to not fittiing properly so I had to return this item I hated to send it back but I had no choice. Returned it...

This is an extraordinary product for the price. I paid twice as much for my last one & it did not have as many features or the extra cuff. The extra cuff is seldom included & if so, you pay dearly for it. I went back & bought 3 more for family & friends. Buy with confidence!

I HAVE HIGH BLOOD PRESSER AND NEED TO KEEP TRACK, SO I GOT THIS ONE,BOY WHAT A JOKE!!! IT HAD MY PRESSER SHOWING SO HIGH I WENT STRAIGHT TO DOCTOR ,THEY TOOK MY PRESSER AND IT WAS NOMAL!!! MY DOCTOR KEPT USING THIS MICROLIFE,TO COMPARE TO HERS IT STILL HAD MY PRESSER HIGH.

Here in Az we are averaging about 110 degrees a day - way too hot for a senior gal to go to a drugstore to get a blood pressure reading once a week. I bought this after reading the reviews and I must say, what a bargain! I am going to do what another poster did and take it to my doctor for a comparison to make sure it is correct. It is so easy to use! Thank you HSN!

This machine is extremely accurate and so easy to use. The plus is that it has 2 different size cuffs so that other family members can use it. Beware of WRIST blood pressure machines because they give you a false reading.

I was really impressed with this machine. It is easy to use, read-out is clear and easy see. I was just dianosed with hypertension and was told I needed to track my blood pressure. Have the two different size cuffs is great because anyone in my family can use it. I think this product is awesome!!

I could not get a reading unless I put it on the out of 3 average reading and then the reading was way off - I should have been dead with that reading or at least in the hospital!!! I think the cuff is designed bad - I tried both sizes to see if it would help but the large one was way too big - anyway it doesn't work for me so I have to return it - I don't think a new one will improve the situation - work on the cuff design.

Opened the outer HSN box, the box that was supposed to have the blood pressure monitor in it was split apart & everything was shifting around inside the HSN box. The bubble used to protect it in shipping had a hole in it & it was flat. I tried the monitor anyway and the cuff worked but the screen of the monitor was obviously damaged, because although they flashed the numbers did not change, nor could I program date, time etc.. Will call HSN for free shipping back to them & a refund.

I am a nurse and use this unit at work. I have done comparisons with this unit and taking the blood pressure manually. They are almost spot on accurate. I have tried other automatic units and this is the best so far. It is also an excellent value. I have priced many units and this is well worth the money, especially since it comes with both size cuffs and the carrying case. I am getting more for my co workers. Monitoring blood pressure is very important, and this is perfect.

This is really a great machine and has worked for me from the start. It was easy to use, read-out is clear and easy see. Great for anyone with hypertension or hypotension. I like the fact that is comes with 2 different size cuffs, would be even better if it had a small adult/child-size as well. I have absolutely NO complaints with this.

I must've received a defective one because it never gave a reading. It just kept inflating then deflating over and over. We tried both size cuffs, but it did it with both. The worst part is it squeezed so incredibly hard! I tried it on myself before I used it on my Mom and it bruised me!

My Dr said a must have since haveing so much trouble with pressure, so far works great no problems I use the multiple useage instead of just one reading at a time & it seems to be right on the number. Saved my life as got so high went straight to Dr & he said it kept me from having a stroke as got medical help quick. Love Mine!!!

I purchased one for myself and after having used it, found it necessary to want to give it to my son and buy another one for me. I am now purchasing a third one for my mom to use. It is the most accurate and best way I know of to keep track of your blood pressure and heart rate. Anyone with heart and blood pressure problems should consider the value of purchasing one.

I've had this bp nonitor for over a month and still can't get it to work. Everything is set up, but everytime I take my bp, the machine inflates and releases without giving me any numbers, it shows that my pulse is "2" am I alive????? Can't send back because it's been over 30 days... Not a good buy.

I have taken my grandma's blood pressure with a manual cuff and then used this monitor to compare. The reading on the monitor was almost identical to the manual reading. For better results I recommend to use the feature that takes the blood pressure three times and gives you an average. This is a superior product and the fact that it offers two cuffs one for a regular size arm and one for a larger size arm only adds to its quality.Thank you for this product.

I wondered too if this was a new one since the batteries were already in the machine. I keep getting outlandish readings like 94/ 45. 78/32 If these readings are true- Im DEAD. This is going back unfortunately.
