I was really looking forward to receiving this and using it right away but when I opened the box, the courier was broken. I wanted to exchange it but it is all sold out. I'm really bummed about it and upset that HSN doesn't have replacements.

This cupcake holder is the best setup I've seen. It holds more than others I've found,& gives plenty of room inbetween layers not to mess up the icing,which we all know,IS the hardest part of storing and transporting cupcakes. I do, however, wish it had one more layer for 4 doz., because if you use a box cupcake recipe, they usually make 2 dozen & if you need to make 2 boxes, you wind up with an extra dozen without a storage home. But I think it's a great design and product, & reasonably priced.

I have only had this item a month, and I don't know how I ever managed without it. So far I have used it for School functions, Christmas parties, New Years Parties. Now I do not have to worry about spending time to decorate the cupcakes and them not arriving in good condition. Now the kids can carry the cup cakes to the function and they will get there in great condition.

Why are so many of these arriving broken? I received my Cupcake Courier today and true to recent reviews, it arrived with damage. Several pieces of plastic were broken off and there are numerous cracks on the base. The color I chose is no longer available and I fear that a replacement will also be damaged. So, back it goes. :-( FYI-The box HSN shipped the item in was fine. I suspect that the damage occured somewhere between the manufacturer and HSN.

I loved this when I first seen it on tv, just had to have it, but the packaging was insufficient. My product came with 4 cracks and a couple areas were parts had chipped off. I'm ordering a replacement and hopefully when they put it in a bigger box they will had some protection. I can hardly wait to get it in.

One of the best products I ever purchased. All the girls at work are jelous and asked me where I found it. Its great for pot luck desserts and cakes to bring to work and even better for Holiday parties. Would recommend this to everyone and right now at the clearance price you can't beat it!

The carrier carries the cupcakes securely and even helps keep them fresh, and the construction is good -- except for the latches, which have loosened. Because they are loose, several have come off in opening the carrier, and 2 of the loose latches have been lost (because the kids at the bake sale didn't notice that they had come off the empty carrier). I hope I can get new latches, but the design means that they will come off too. If I can't get new latches the carrier is useless.

I first saw this item on on the net, for double the price,thought it was awsome but too pricy so decided to check hsn's website,wow half price sturdy construction,tough plastic carrier, well packed love the nice soft collor ,i bought the yellow,I use this for transporting cupcakes , its an awsome carrier...must have for school parties,Love it!!

I am on my second carrier, first one arrived with a broken leg on one of the trays. I received the replacement and one of the tabs in the lid was broken off. I think this product is a great idea, but it needs better packaging for shipping.

I BOUGHT THIS ITEM LAST YEAR, AND NOT ONLY CAN YOU USE IT FOR CUPCAKES,I TAKE ONE OUT AND PUT MY BREAD UNDER IT AND STAY FRESH FOR LONG TIME. I LOVE IT!!! WILL REORDER.

I thought this was a neat contraption when I saw it on TV. I just used it for transporting cupcakes for a class.

This is the best $30.00 I spent. If you are the class mother, the girl scout leader, the sunday school teacher and on and on, then do yourself a favor and buy this carrier. Now that I have college age children, I use this for my cake decorating classes and everyone loves it. The height is perfect for a multi teir cake, and not to mention it holds 36 cupcakes, how great is that. Like another viewer said, "I wish I had this when my children were younger".

This is such a useful item. Cupcakes arrive at their destination without being smushed and without being spread across the seat of the car! The cupcake trays are easy to clean and removeable so that you can carry cakes easily as well. I am a teacher as well as a mom and I will definitely use this often.

I wish I had one of these when my kids were younger.I gave one to a friend who makes beautiful cakes and has a child in preschool.She was soooo excited to be able to transport here ornate cakes and cupcakes for school activities.If you love to bake this is ideal.
