I ordered one of these for myself several years ago..... I have trouble with my back from time to time. And at THAT time, I was having alot of trouble with one of my legs. Had lots of trouble going to sleep because of leg aching and moving..... Tried lots of creams for that, didn't help much. I LOVE this machine. It took few nights for my leg to stop aching, but, this helped so much. And for my back, well, it IS wonderful...... I have had other products in the past to help with back aches and such, but nothing works like this. I ordered these for my three grown children over the last two Christmas' and they all love them!!!! MY last child will get one THIS Christmas......Wonderful product......

My husband loves the massage mat so much. Although your not suppose to sleep on it he does it anyway. He had back surgery not to long ago and the bed was doing him no justice. He nows preferre the mat over the bed. Thanks HSN.

This is a vibrating massage for the whole body. Very quiet with mild heat. If you want more heat Homedics has another one that is $150. However, this does give a mild or higher level massage for the entire body. Not Shihatsu, but excellent for people that can not tolerate deeper massage. It also, does have heat. Overall an incredible massager. It jus needs a better pillow. I use my own pillow.

I've had another heavier massage mat that did a little more than simple vibration so was concerned at how lightweight it was. For the price it did great and I even sleep with it on all night and it has helped considerably with my restless leg problem. The heat works great, have to watch and make sure the control doesnt get under the mat because it does get pretty hot and could be dangerous. Also it is very relaxing and helps me to sleep better! Would buy again!

Loved this item but completely stopped working after 6 months.
Not worth it. It is easier to buy these kinds of items locally as sending it away becomes a hassle.

Received mine today i was so happy to try the massage mat. I agree with previous reviews It was somewhat relaxing but it would be BETTER if the De Stress did more than the SAME little vibration motion. DESTRESS, is an understatement,NOW IM ALL STRESSED OUT, I FEEL LIKE IM ON VIBRATION MODE! ALSO, WHERE IS THE HEAT? maybe i would of had a more relaxing time if the heat worked on the unit; DEFECTIVE, and its going back!

I got my mat about a week ago and it is the best !!!! It said not to use before sleep but I laid down on that mat,on high and with heat and I fell asleep for a few hours.Probably the best sleep I have had in a long time.I have so many medical problems including buldging discs in my lower back and this mat is a godsend !!! It helps me so much.It does cover my whole body except my head.Can't say enough,other then to try this mat !!

It's amazing product and a great value! I might say, it does help with my neck and shoulder plus my lower back, it releases my pain and stress after a long day work. I would surely recommend this to anyone and i am thinking of getting one too for my sis in law!

I purchased this massage mat for my husband who suffers from back pain. We just received it today, gave it a try, and he made me go on line and immediately order one for myself too. It feels wonderful. This is a keeper.

I'm 35 years old, and a Fibromyagia suffer for 20 years. I agree with the previous review. The massage relieves a great deal of chronic pain, and while I'm sitting in my recliner watching tv. It's easy to use, and I do like the seperate setting for the head, shoulders, back, and legs along with the on/off heat option. I have a Dr. Scholls 10 motor for the last 2 years, and I like this DeStress one better. I just give the other one to a family member.

This feels so GREAT! I have fibromyalgia and my entire body ACHES. This does NOT cure me, obviously. But oh goodness, this feels SO good. Yesterday was BAD for me, and relaxing on this that afternoon and evening was so soothing, even the low setting. I just put in on the bed and I ended up falling asleep w/o a sleeping pill in MONTHS. It feels that good. You will love this, don't miss it, especially at this price! I am also glad Tony has toned down!

Bought for husband as Xmas gift. His back always is bothering him after syanding on concrete floor all day working on his cars. It turned out to be the best $50 ever spent. I tried it once and now I'm hooked to. Buy it.

I love mine. If a Shiatsu is too much for you, then this mat is perfect. The only thing I wish is that it have more settings like my old one. I will definately buy another one when mine wears out.

I bought this as a valentine's day gift for my husband. He's on his feet all day on a concrete floor or sitting in a truck driving, so I thought it would be someting special. He uses it every night while I fix dinner and loves it tremendously. I can hear the ohs and ahs from the kitchen and know I am keeping him happy.

this will not relax your muscles because it isn't strong enough to get to the muscles my son and I both tried it and it just gives a little vibration. So it is going back. I just hate that I'm going to have the expense of S&H coming and going.

Its like one person said, "Just like the 25 cents motel beds only with 2 speeds. Gave me a headache that I still have just got it today. No rollers just heat and vibrates. Its going back.
