Caution: All 6 were due to expire within 75 days of arrival. I am staying in an extended stay facility with my job and these 6 items kept me from having to buy dozens of smaller spices. The product gets 5 stars. HSN get fewer. Wish HSN would have been up front about the expiry dates. The au poivre (for beef) is excellent. In my Wolfgang Puck convection oven I cooked a turkey breast using the Tuscan garlic rosemary seasoning was better than any other poultry seasoning ever.

i love these spices. they are great with anything from chicken to seafood. this is my second time buying it. i also bought a set for my son. i wish there were more flavors.

I am very happy with these flavors and their ease of use. They make everything taste better, and it is fast and simple. You just have to decide which flavor to use! I wish they had a longer shelf life. That is the only issue. Enjoy!

I bought this as a gift, so I was disappointed when the recipient told me that there were two of one flavor and that one was missing.
HSN has offered me a partial refund, which I am taking--because the recipient does not want to package up the entire set in order to receive what was advertised. (or for me to get a full refund)
Too bad--I think HSN would benefit by opening up one set and mailing a replacement, but I'll take the partial refund.
Anyway, the recipient said they were good, but our conversation centered on the missing flavor!

I love the flavors. I try to eat pretty healthy, so I typically do not cook with a lot of sauces, so these work great. They are easy to use and barely any calories. I made pasta last night and everyone used a different seasoning to customize thier own pasta. The only negative is the expiration date as mentioned by a previous reviewer. My also expires in Nov 2009. Although I am sure I will not use it all by then (they are generous sizes), I can't imagine they will loose too much flavor.

Just purchased and packaging says "Best by Nov. 2009" today is July 28th - there is no way I can use it all by November. I know it was on sale but I would not have purchased if I knew I had to use it up in less than 4 months.

I used the seasoning on fish before i put it in a foil packet with some veggies and it came out great. I've also used it after on pasta and it was great. I dont think its a one style that fits any dish and that what I like the most. You can use these spices in different ways with different foods at different times. Great thinking.

Love these spices. You have to season to your own personal taste, and I think you have to play with these flavors a little to get the right taste for you. I'm really enjoying them!

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THESE SPICES!!! THEY HAVE REALLY ADDED A KICK TO MY BONELESS CHICKEN BREAST RECIPES. ALTHOUGH THE INSTRUCTIONS FOR MOST OF THE FLAVORS TELL YOU TO ADD AFTER COOKING I SEASON MY CHICKEN BEFORE I GRILL OR BROIL AND THE TASTE IS FANTASTIC.I MADE A SHRIMP AND RICE DISH WITH THE TUSCAN GARLIC FLAVOR AND IT WAS AMAZING. THESE SEASONINGS WILL ENCOURAGE ME TO EAT MORE GRILLED AND BROILED CHICKEN INSTEAD OF FRYING.I REALLY LOVE THESE SEASONINGS, PLEASE KEEP THEM COMING!!!!!!

I only used the teriyaki seasoning and it made us nauseous all evening. I thought they were all natural, but they do have preservatives in them. Sent them back.

I was excited about trying this product, but was very dissapointed in the Bobfire BBQ. It is the only was I have tried so far, but it is so salty, it made the chicken inedible! And no, I didn't use too much. I hope the other flavors are better or I will be sending this back!
