Unfortunately, I, like a lot of HSN customers, do not open the packages the minute they arrive and I do not wear items purchased for some time. In the case of the ballet slippers, not even the shoe repairman could stretch them enough. Lesson learned: try your shoes on immediately before you waste hundreds of dollars just waiting to find time to try your shoes on. These leather thong sandals were broken in after wearing for one full day.
