I am very pleased with the cooker and with Wolfgang Puck's customer service. I have cooked pot roast and pork loin in it. A few of the people that I cooked for asked how I got the vegetables to come out so good since I had cooked them for so long. I think that even in slow cooking that quality cookware makes a difference. Thank You Wolfee and HSN for a great product!!!

Bought this slow cooker a few months ago and it is GREAT. I am disabled and cannot stand at the stove pot watching. This slow cooker cooks great, cleans easy and I keep it on the counter and it looks great. Not sure why anyone would give this slow cooker a bad review.

I really like this one. Mine does cook a little on the hot side but I use it all the time. I don't think that it looks cheap at all. I have had several slow cookers and this one by far is my favorite. I haven't had any problems with it at all. It is very easy to clean. I would recommend this to anyone.

I also read the reviews and was hesitant, but as a busy, single mom I cook in the crock pot a lot and mine wasn't heating up enough, so I figured I'd give it a shot. I'm so glad I did. It is NOT cheap looking at all. It looks great, I, like someone else, leave it on my counter. It cooks very well, love the warm setting and timer. Handles do get hot. Use pot holders. Bought Deb's cookbook too and it's great.

I made the Santa Fe meatloaf and my husband loved it! Slow cooker worked great and looks great, too! I also purchased the Debra Murray slow cooker cookbook. Love both items!

I must say when reading everyone else reviews I was a little worried about using my slow cooker but WOW was I wrong. This slow cooker is wonderful. The look, the size, and how it keeps everything warm. This is a must for the Holiday's. I getting another one for my Mom for Christmas.

I have been pleased with this slow cooker. So far so good. Yes it gets hot on the outside, but most of them do. The handles could be changed so they don't get hot though. I have made many great meals and highly rec. you get the cookbook to go with it. I have a family of five and love the 7 qt capacity.

The product I ordered was great. It cooked great and I bought a second one as a gift. I must admit though that I get nervous now when I order products from HSN because their quality control is very low to none. I feel as though I lucked out this time. My family and I have shopped with HSN since it first came on the air in Florida. I do a lot of slow cooking and the size is great.

I resisted buying this slow cooker, b/c I already had two crock pots. BUT...this slow cooker can be set for lengths of time (you can even add your ingredients hours before you want to start actually cooking, and if you aren't home in time---no problemo!! It will turn itself off, too!!). My only complaint is that the mimimum HIGH setting is for 4 hours, and the minimum LOW setting is 8 hours--sometimes I don't need that long. Great slow cooking cookbook also available.

Love, love this crockpot!! It does everything you said it would.
My favorite part is the warm cycle. It really does keep food warm for 20 hours... I had a family party and needed the 20 hours.. Thank you so much!

Overall, I like the way the slow cooker works. I like the keep warm function. However, there are limited timing functions. The least amount of time you can cook on low is 8 hours. I want to be able to cook for 4-4 1/2 hours and then keep my food warm. You can't just set the "warm" function after you manually timed your food. Same applies for the "high" function. It's programmed for 10 hours minimum. If there's something I'm missing, somebody please clue me in!

I really like my slow cooker and it is much bigger than my old one not to mention "smarter"! My mother in-law liked it so much even she asked where I got it and we ended up buying one for her as a gift. Unlike my old slow cooker this one does not bubble over and make a mess.

I've had many slow cookers over the years (I still have 3 of various sizes) and this one is the "smartest". The features (Timer - Auto shift Warm - The terrific capacity) are all upgrades on the standared slow cooker. I won't get rid of the others, but they certainly can't do or handle what this 7 quart'er can! I have not encountered ANY of the problems the negative reviews mentioned. I recommended it to a friend, and they are equally enthusiastic. An excellent product!

I bought this the last time Wolf was on and I love it. I bought Deb's cookbook with it and have made several recipes. I did not notice it being any hotter than any other crock pot I have used in the past. I am a huge Wolf fan and this was not a disappointment.
