Developed by All-Clad and Emeril Lagasse, the Emerilware stainless steel collection has a thick triple-layer bottom disk of aluminum, copper and stainless steel, which is permanently bonded onto the pan to ensure fast, even heat distribution. Features include a stainless cooking surface for no flavor carry-over, flared rim for drip-free pouring and cast stainless handle that stays cool on top of the stove and has a "thumbprint" indentation to show you where to grip. This little pan is wonderful! Very even cooking and no sticking if heated with minimal oil before adding food. Just the right size for cooking for one or two and great for sauteing small amounts of veggies to add to other faster cooking dishes. I also love my Stainless Steel Emerilwear stock pot! Great value in my books.

I was looking for a smaller skillet that would be easy to handle and I found it! I like the thumbprint grip.
It's heavier than I expected which is a plus. The heat conduction is excellent. I find I can cook with a lower flame.
Cleanup is easy if the directions are followed. My over easy eggs come out great every time!

Rec'd this yesterday, took it out, read instructions, washed it and cooked a NY strip steak. Loved it! Steak was juicy and still browned around edges. Even though I forgot to put some water in the pan right after, but when I went back to it about 1 hr later, it washed up easily. Well worth the sale price.

This is a great pan, you just have to heat it for about 3-4 minutes over medium heat first. I've made everything from sticky blueberry sauce to sauted squash and I'm very happy with the pan. Add water right after you're done cooking and clean-up is a breeze!

No matter what I cook in this oiled pan on less than medium heat everthing sticks. I know now why it's so cheap. I will be purchasing Wolfgang Pucks pan shortly I own the wok and love it.

I am very impressed with the quality of this skillet. It has good weight and if you preheat it for a couple of minutes, nothing sticks to it! It's the perfect size for omelets! The current price is a BARGAIN!!! Don't miss out!!!

Very superior cookware, better than Wolfie's, I don't like any of his products! Better than Paula Deens on an another Network! Forget the green stuff also! Forget nano business! Great product!
