My husband and I were excited to try this diet, but we do not have the time to eat as often as this diet requires, nor do we have the time to prepare all of the meals ahead of time. I'm sure this diet works because it is low calorie, you're constantly feeding your metabolism and you are instructed to excersize, but we just cannot eat 5 or 6 times a day. If you have the time, or can make the time for this diet, it's worth a try!
