This kit has been worth it to me.

I ordered these books and the paint to paint on Jeans. The fabric paint was fine, cracked a little after first wash. The dimensional paint was really bad. It came out beautifully, my artwork was wonderful and I was excited to give these jeans to a friends child. I followed all the directions in the book and on the bottle heat set wait 72 hours etc. and the dimensional paint came off (hanging like spaghetti) after the first wash, (cold delicate). I took the remaining dimensional paint off let the jeans dry and tried again and again and could not get the dimensional paint to stay on after a wash. Had to order different dimensional paint from another company to finish the project.
Only had the problem with the dimensional paint.
The books had some great projects, I used several from the jeans book. I suggest the books be sold separately, so a better quality paint can be purchased to do the great projects.

I finally got a fabric painting kit! These 2 books are exceptional! The projects will be fun to wear. You get plenty of instructions and a Technique Guide just for fabric painting. I can make matching pieces for an outfit that I can't buy anywhere. Thanks HSN and Donna for providing this truly awesome kit. It has everything I need to get started on 2 pair of jeans I bought while waiting for it's delivery.
