I love this steam mop!! I have 2 large dogs that track in tons of dirt. With this mop I am able to clean the floor very well and very quickly.
There is no bath and forth to the sink to rinse out the mop. There is no sticky residue from cleaners.
I do caution about the steam! Obviously it is quite hot so be careful when removing the pad.
I've bought several items trying to make floor cleaning easier. I have finally found THE ONE. I highly recomend this to everyone!

Yes! as a cleaning tool it is difficult to match. Easy to assemble and use. But takes way too long to heat water up in

I purchased this steam cleaner several months ago. For cleaning ceramic tile it is worth every penney and then some. For cleaning new, sealed hardwood floors, it seems that it took the shine away. Also tried to clean linoleum surface that had been polished and it took the shine off that also.

I just love this steam cleaner. It's efficiend, light-weight and works like a charm. Each time I use it, I go crazy and steam clean all my hard surface floors.....whether they need it or not!

I AM SENDING THIS DEFECTIVE STEAM MOP BACK. First of all it did not clean my floor, it left streaks on my wood floor, and streaks on my large tile. Then the darn thing started dripping the water out of the water holder. It is going back. SAVE YOUR MONEY!

I use this on all my hardwoods, and in my bathrooms. My mother who is handicapped has one, and it has saved her back and hip, so she no longer cleans her hardwoods by hand. I clean my floors in 7 minutes every other day, and it removes all the little boy messes, and any mess our 4 large dogs track into the house! I'm not afrid to use it around my son's toys because there are no chemicals. Also- if you have unexpected company coming, it is nicely clean, and dry in a matter of minutes.

I purchased this a few months ago and I love it. I have sealed hardwood and ceramic tile floors. This mop works great on both. Dries very quickly and the floors shine and feel smooth and clean on bare feet. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because I think it should have a longer cord and an on/off switch.

I hate washing floors, but this mop made it more enjoyable. It still takes about the same time except that I don't have to keep refilling buckets. The floors look clean and there is less water left on the ground. My only minor problem was that the pads got holes in them from my slate floors. I ordered the other pads to see if those work better.

WOW! I thought it was too good to be true, but this really works! Am disabled and needed a solution to the mop and bucket. No spitting (no chemicals or bleach on floor), and no puddles. The water amount is controlled by the finger pushing the button. If you don't want a puddle, stop pressing the button! If you have a really dirty floor, let it dry, and go over again. Love this! It's quiet, powerful, and lightweight. I can use this from my wheelchair! The blue one gives 2 extra pads.

I have had the Bissell Steam mop for a couple of years. I use it regularly, just about ooce a week. I have had no problems with this steam mop. It is an exceptional product. I have recommended it to my friends and family. My sister bought one and uses it just about daily with no problems. The amount of money you save on cleaining products alone make it worth it. ANyway, I definately recommend this to anyone....

I was a little afraid at first because some of the reviews say that it worked for a few times then stopped steaming. But I just love mine. I use it almost every day. After about a month mine stopped steaming, however I read the instructions for trouble shooting and followed them and it works perfect. I just poured vinegar through the mop head and used a paper clip to unclog brass part in the body of mop. Works better than ever.

The first few times I used my mop it was great then I started having problems with the cap on the tank. I exchanged it for what I thought would be a new mop, imagine my surprise when I opened the box and I received a mop that had been used, it was scratched, the mop wasn't in plastic, I was missing hardware and the mop pad was even dirty. Outrageous! Please be careful when you receive your mop inspect it carefully. I've returned it and I won't buy this product again from HSN.

I have used this mop about 12 times now, hoping it would get better with use. No chance. There is so much water and dirty streaks on my floors I have no choice, I get on my hands and knees and scrub by hand. It's only my husband and I so our floors don't even get that dirty but the mop just does not work. Worst part is, I bought it on flex pay and still have to make the last payment. Oh well, live and learn. Get rid of it at the garage sale!

I had high hopes that this would be just the ticket for our laminate floors. Unfortunately, I'm more than disappointed as it leaves streaks on floor, and streaks of excess water. I've tried several times to get better results but it's always the same. Back to the old school method.

I debated about getting a steam cleaner for months... I am glad I purchased the Bissell. It is very easy to use and cleaned wonderfully. The rotating head makes it easy to slide up against the baseboards.

I ordered this steam mop because the other one I saw advertised looked too big to get the tile by the cabinet kick area. I couldn't believe how dirty my kitchen tile had been after I used it! I used 3 pads and they turned BLACK! Now I only need to use one and it never gets icky like the first time! It also is an awesome relief for my arthritic back and hands.It does leave the floor damp but it dries quickly,when I first started using it I left the floor wetter,so I think it's a practice issue.

I think this is a good alternative from a mop. I use a very good fuller brush mop, that really gets deep into the grout, woodwork, and corners. The steam mop, will no way get into grout or corners. It does clean the floors well, and love the swivel head. I use distilled water, and alittle detergent poured on the floor. I control the amount of steam with the trigger, so it's never too wet.

I love this steam mop. At first I didn't get how it worked but once I got the hang of it, it was incredible. I really clean profusely and effectively. I have two german shepherds and it cleans wonderfully. Fabulous, fabulous.

I bought 2- one works fine, the second worked once & not since. Troubleshooting did not solve the problem. Past 30 days so cannot send back. Very disappointing & will never buy Bissell again from HSN or any other retailer.

This is the 3rd brand I've owned. Was searching for the perfect steam mop & finally found it! The other two spirted out water, not steam. One had a thin, thin cover; other had a slightly thicker cover. Also, neither had a water filter. Then after you've cleaned the floor, WHAT do you do with the hot mop, especially if the cover is not really dirty & you aren't going to change it? Problem solved with the Bissell - comes with a self hanger. Now I can hang mine in the garage! Way to go, Bissell!
