I enjoyed the Australia tape for the very reason a lot of people didnt seem to like it. I enjoyed hearing him talk about his own reactions. Nice to see the real person. I have meditated in the past but not lately and needed a reminder course. So none of this information was new to me, but knew that when I ordered. He does a creditable job of guided meditation. I enjoyed the first three DVDs and look forward to watching the rest.

Although I really like John and believe he has a gift, these DVD's did not begin to show his capabilities. I listened to one disc after the other hoping each one would get better, but they did not. I found them boring and uninteresting. I was very disappointed.

John Edward is awesome, but the dvd's are poor quality. Some played, some skipped and made loud noised hummms, and some were just stuck at one point. John Edward is really phenomenal, however, I hope they improve the quality of these dvds. By the time my purchased gift got watched, it was too late to get a refund. Disappointing customer service too.

I found the audio and photography of these dvd to of poor quailty and all the dvd were basically the same info repeated.

I have listed/watched John's Dvd's. The meditation techniques that he "talks" you through are quite relaxing - it REALLY does work! He also talks about using a "tool." Mine is taro which I am starting to study & find fascinating. You have to have an open mind & believe in what you are doing/practicing, & accept what you "feel." I believe in some type of after life & am willing to learn. John gives his heart & soul into these Dvd's & is an excellent teacher. You just have to have patience.

I loved the 10-DVD box set on meditation and his different view on matters that i believe in and love to learn about. since i have see him in person and watch Mr. Edwards on TV i have found a lot of comfort from him teachings about the losing loved ones since i have lost my sister 6yrs ago my brother 1 1/2 ago and my 2nd husband just this past October 07 This product has just helped me more on to help myself deal and learn about a lot of things and i want to thank him for this product.

Tried playing these, but two of the DVD's had such a loud, low hum I couldn't bear to listen to them. I have no idea what is on either of them to cause my system to react in such a manner. I liked John's Crossing Over series very much and was looking forward to receiving these but they are going back. Sorry HSN!

It's a DVD set. I bought it for entertainment interest, but can't see...like most DVD's I buy......reviewing them again. I enjoy watching John Edwards, so I think the DVD's are worth the price. Interesting Material, but don't limit your spiritual journey to this set only, which is an ongoing process!

My daughter saw these & called me right away. I wasn't sure at first as John sometimes talks quickly. I put them away for a day or two, pulled them out again and got so much more insight. Sure, his counting isn't the best (he's no aerobics instructor), yet I found that to be endearing and sincere. He's straight forward, rarely smiling broadly--unless he's REALLY tickled about something! My senses have awakened more with each practice. Bravo John!

Not much info on these DVDs, and in order to correctly do pranic breathing for mediation one must tune out John's lousy counting, so really, what's the point? I had great hopes for self-improvement but was disappointed. No interest in the readings sessions; why pay when you can see on TV?

I am not sure what I expected, but it wasn't this. I was truly disappointed, while I like John Edwards, I think the tapes were a poor exhibit. Thank goodness for easy returns.

I was very dissapointed in this product. The first part of each of the DVD's is John standing by a chair in a hall talking to you. Part 2 is different types of meditation. I was really hoping to get a lot more out of these tapes. Sorry John, but they are going back...

A huge fan of John Edward for many years, I found his intimate readings and Australia tour videos very disappointing. I expected the tour to focus more on his readings, but it was more about his personal experiences. Very unlike his television series, John Edward and his audience struggled to validate the messages he was recieving in his "Intimate Readings" DVD. Unfortunately, I will be returning product.

I purchased this set just for the meditation dvd. I never meditated before this. I was able to relax while listening to John speak because I have seen the work he does and have confidence in him. The other DVDs that were included were, in my mind, just a fun bonus and a way to remind me that John is genuine and has helped many people and will help me too.

I had not meditated in years and was told, when I start having dreams about people, to wake up. (That's because my dreams comes true). Some of the comments were of your counting being off. I use the information and count on my own, then when you mention certain immages, I am able to complete the exercise. I do sleep well and write my dreams in a Journal. As for certain scents, I always say, I Love and miss you too. Thank you John for the Validations.

I loved watching John on his show, "Crossing over," but the DVDs are not worth the money. On the Angels and Guides DVD, John's counting leaves much to be desired, he counts much too fast and his counting is off, therefore, it becomes very distracting. The other tapes are like watching his show, but once you see them, you don't want to watch them again. Much too much money for something like this!! I am returning tomorrow!!

I've watched John's show before & find them interesting but wouldn't want the DVDs w/the readings (who's going to watch these over & over?). The others were OK - John is not good at working with you on meditation - his counting is off, he goes to fast, visualizations are too detailed to catch on to the image before he moves on. I did find the DVDs regarding cleansings & protection interesting but having to buy this big set for such small amount of info wasn't worth it.

These tapes were well worth the price (I pay more for a massage!) And, just what I needed after a grueling back surgery. They have helped me focus on healing and recovery while protecting myself. Anyone who doesn't get something from the tapes is just not ready to receive!!! John's tapes have been a BLESSING to me. Thank you John and HSN!

I listened to the Meditation DVD that night.My mind was racing from nerves-and at first i wasn't able to get into it-or i didnt let myself. But in the end-i was calm and knew i would be able to sleep. To even be able to renew in my sleep most of the meditation. Thanks John-this is something i always wanted to follow thru on

Think the above about says it. Never tried meditation before, and the first DVD is a pretty good one. The second one on psychic powers put me to sleep which wasn't it's intention. Before John does readings, goes through a long, long list with clients of how names might not be correct, etc., etc. I thought to myself, hey, I could do as good as he could with all the exceptions he gives them before he starts his readings. The tour is so uninteresting with his backstage verbado.
