I keep watching the videos...but am finding using gromets frustrating.They dont seem to punch thru just paper cleanly and come off.I know I must be doing something wrong,instructions are not great and I do tons of crafts.What am I doing wrong?Love the whole punch part, it wroks great and clean.Great for so many things like stitching or adding other pieces.Please include more insructions on product to look at or download to get the most out of this tool and make it a 5star.

I have the first crop a dile and I have wanted this one for a while. At 29.95 I decided to give it a try especially with all the extras that come with it. The directions are on the package. This tool is great and easy to use.

I have enjoyed using this to embellish purses/totes, footwear, and home decor. It is easy to use and I have more ideas to complete.

I played with Big Bite after recieving it and reading the very brief instructions.....
I am a (woman) contractor who is not a stranger to various tools but this one you really have to look at and play withto catch on to the the rotating heads for the various sized grommets. The diameter sizing system is in a great location on the top side ...
All I can say is dont be afraid to play with it and experiment.....
If you can use a die cut system, either electric or manual you can master this in a few moments.

The directions on the box are written on a light blue backround with white letters-not good-not easy to read-bad pictures and not enough pictures. The directions on the inside of box, which were readable with slightly better pics were in French-After you go insane trying to figure it out it does work-but you will be a little crazy till you figure it out.

I love this tool and would recommend it to everyone, I had a problem with the 1st one I received, but after sending it back and receiving the replacement (very quickly I might add) I am very happy. Customer Service was excellent so I will continue shopping with HSN.....

Where are the instructions?Great hole punch but not enough explanation on using eyelets and gromets-waisted quite a few and ruined a few pages.It looks great on video but happy to get xtra gromets.In store sold for same price by itself.I'm very crafty and high intellect but how many gromets do I have to kill to get the hang of this.Rewatched video but not very much help.This would be great if I could use it for more than a hole punch with some success.

The tool does everything you said it would. I was pleased with that. I do a lot of sewing and crafting. Very useful for both!
What I had difficulty with was opening the package. Also, for some of us older folks, the English instructions set in tiny white type on a robin's egg blue background is difficult to read. The French instructions on the sheet inside were much, much easier to read! Good thing I could read French.

I recently bought the Crop O Dile Big Bite to learn how to use eyelets and grommets and so I could have a really nice hole punch. What I love love love about this tool is how easily it punches and how quiet it is! I often have to alter my clothes because I am of a smaller size, but now I can use the Big Bite to make holes in my belts to better fit my small waist...it will save me alot of money on alterations and it does lots of other cool things too..I love it!

I bought one for me and for my daughter after I saw how easy it was to use. You can set eyelets without NOISE!! No more banging, yea! My daughter altered her pants and made them one of a kind pants using eyelets. The uses for this remarkable tool is endless. Just let your imagination run wild. I thank you We R Memory keepers for making such a wonderful tool.

This tool is not as useful as I had hoped. It doesn't crimp well on fabric as claimed. I have a problem with the large eyelets/gromlets that were included getting stuck in the Big Bite after crimping. Overall, I am not satisfied but I am going to keep on trying to find uses for it.

ALL I HAVE TO SAY IS I LOVE THIS, I USE IT TO MAKE CARDS, SCRAPBOOKING PAGES, BUY IT YOU WON'T REGRET THIS. STORES DO NOT SELL THIS WITH ALL OF THE EYELETS, GROMLETS, AND BRADS. LOVE IT

I love my new Big Bite! It's not quite as easy to use or as portable as the original, but I LOVE being able to punch right in the middle of my 12x12 page and the grommets alone make it worth the price. Only sorry I didn't buy the case to go with it.

I was worried about my Crop-A-Dile II working after reading the other reviews but I was very pleased when mine arrived. It works great. It punches smoothly and the feet slide right off - no problems at all. I agree with another reviewer - you might be able to get it cheaper somewhere else but the grommets/eyelets more than make up for any difference in price. Great tool!

This is a great product for beginner to advance crafter. The grommets alone are worth the price of the tool. At $38 it is a bargain and you will find this one of your most used tools. A word of caution...don't press it so hard. Let the tool do the work. The versatility of being able to get to the middle of a 12x12 page is really nice. Other places have it cheaper, but without the grommets/eyelets. The cost may seem a little steep; but remember, you'll use it on many different projects.

Purchased this item and never got to really enjoy it. The embellishments were missing. The order was incomplete and I was told to send it back and I had to demand my full refund because of the incomplete order.

This tool was a disappointment. I too was excited to receive this new CAD II. The small hole punch was blocked on mine as well. And it didn't matter how carefully or gently I pressed, my eyelets looked awful. The tool destroyed them. And I was using We R Memory Keepers eyelets. They also tell you to be very careful when you get the tool out of the packaging, or you may damage it. I say that is shouldn't be so delicate that you can ruin it just by opening it. I sent it back. :(

I just got the new revised edition of this product, and it is WONDERFUL! The feet slide right off, yet have wonderful little grippers to keep it stable on a table when in use. There are No issues with the hole punches, they punch through smoothly. Ladies, apparently they have listened to us, and fixed this product!! I LOVE IT!!!

Difficult to use with brads and eyelets. It was defective and would not work properly. Have used the original cropadial and it is great. I looked forward to purchasing and using this one, but it only punched holes. They need to work on it some more. Don't bother till they get it right.
