This is good to have. The glass tumbler set doesn't condensai.The Pitcher is nice to have too . Simple, yet endulgent and celebrative .They're also quick to hand clean .

I began using and enjoying my pitcher and glasses right out of the box! They are perfect for our hot and humid weather here in Florida. With the double-wall construction, you don't have to go around with a wet glass and worry about ruining the finishes on your furniture. They are so heavy, they actually feel like glass, but they're not, they're plastic! I wish I could get some extra glasses to go with my set. They would make a perfect wedding or house-warming gift!

I bought two sets to give as gifts. I ended up keeping one set. Unfortunately one of the glasses was broken when I opened it. For what you pay HSN for shipping, receiving broken items is not OK.

I have to admit, I was really worried if this set would arrive in one piece after reading the reviews. HSN doesn't always do the best job of packing. They were on a pretty good clearance price anyway. My set arrived in perfect condition. The only thing that would have made this a better purchase would be if the glasses had some kind of design interest. They are just very plain, smooth glass but OK. I wish HSN sold additional glasses as an additional purchase.

1 glass was broken. Within the week, the rest were as well.
Beautiful design, but simply doesn't do what it's designed for.

I bought this product because I hate it when my glasses sweat. Well I recieved my two sets and one of the glasses was already broke even though well packed. When I washed the glasses for the first time water got in between the glass walls and I cannot get it out. I do like the picthers and the glasses do not sweat but I would not recommend this set not happy at all.

I ordered two sets to give to my husband for his birthday as he entertains a lot. It was the biggest embarrassment! First, the packaging is awful. No brand name, no instructions and packed so tight... not to mention two cracked glasses and one broken pitcher! Never again,Colin Cowie. A brown box and styrofoam mess... everyone just stared and I cried. back it goes!

I ORDERED THESE AT THE CLEARANCE PRICE, & LOVED THEM ON VISUAL. HOWEVER, THE PITCHER HAD A BIG CRACK IN IT. I CALLED C.S. & ASK FOR AN EXCHANGE. THEY PAID FOR THE RETURN & THE NEW SET WAS PERFECT! I LOVE THEM SO MUCH, I ORDERED ANOTHER SET, RECEIVED PERFECT. THESE GLASSES & PITCHER CAN BE USED IN HUNDREDS OF WAYS FOR A FESTIVE OCCASION OR DINNER.YOU ARE ONLY LIMITED BY YOUR OWN IMAGINATION! Too fragil. Hard to open, cut bubble wrap to remove glasses. Found 2 with cracks on top lip, tossed them. Now have pitcher and 2 glasses. I would return set but I would probably break the remaining 2 glasses trying to repack them. This was a good idea but glass is too fragil.

When set arrived the bottom of one glass was cracked and the top of another glass was cracked. Upon unpacking and inspecting the later glass actually shattered and caused several cuts on hands!!! I have returned the entire set, broken glass included. Please be careful, handle these with care if you keep them!

Recv'd and cleansed same day--was so excited to use...put ice in glasses, poured in cool tea, walked out on deck, set glass down, it immediately starting frosting over, then sweat beaded up..
Temps must be just right on set--oh well, my mistake--will go back to Tervis...

I live on the MS Gulf Coast and it doesn't matter how many coasters/napkins/paper towels you put under your glass, it's going to leave rings on your furniture. Have used plastic double-walled glasses in the past and don't like the look, and they eventually crack and leak. The packaging was outstanding/had to cut the styrofoam away to get the glasses and pitcher out/nothing broken. Thank you for solving a constant problem with class and style. Will look for more Colin Cowie items in the future.

Liked the set but frankly it is amazing to me no one considers the packaging and how difficult it has become to open anything! It is not necessary to make this a two person job an yet I had to ask a neighbor to help me because the packaging was so difficult to open. Can you not use something that does not leave white pebbles everywhere and I don't know how older folks manage to open anything. I am about done attempting to open things from HSN.

These glasses and pitcher are nice, but didn't even last 6 months in my home. They are all broken and finally the pitcher was the last to go. That is even with purchasing two sets (8 glasses and 2 pitchers). They are nice, just not practical if you have children.

I own this set for a few months,already lost two cups, broken into pieces, very strange a glass can topple so easilly and breake, never saw something like that...the reason I gave it 2 stars is because the pitcher is still "alive" and well...sorry HSN I'm not pleased with this product at all.

I've owned these for awhile and love them. I have not have any problems with breakage as otherx have stated. There are a few flaws with minor small bubble flaws in the glass but it doesn't interfere with the product. I am now ordering the double old fashioned set and hope those will be just as good.

The cannister was broken when I received it.I did not want to go to the trouble to replace it. I called customer service and the best they offered me was a $10 coupon for my next order. I am not upset with HSN because this is the first time I have been let down. However, the drinking glasses were ok but unstable when I sat them on the counter. I have already broken one due to their instability. Please save yourself the the time and frustration and do not purchase this.

I agree with another customer's rating. This set is dangerous. I purchased it at Christmas (thankfully for myself). One of the glasses was broken when I opened the box. I should have sent it back, but I was busy and neglected to do so. The remaining 3 glasses broke just by sitting them on a table, or while filling them with ice or liquid. I still have the pitcher, but rarely use it. I am afraid to fill it with anything other than water. The spout is also messed up.

Don't buy this item if you value your fingers. I purchased several sets. Very Poorly manufactured. These glasses are so fragile that they break if they are tapped with anything. Don't put them in the dishwasher against another glass. You'll have a mess of shattered glass to clean up!!! I am a dental hygienist and I have gone to work twice now with nasty cuts on my fingers. HSN will not refund my money. Do not recommend buying this item at all!! The remainder of the glasses are in the trash!
