I ordered this for my granddaughter as a birthday gift. She loves to cook. Since she has recieved her food processor she has enjoyed it very much.

My neighbor found this package on her porch, SOAKING WET and brought it to me. She does not have a porch cover to keep rain or sun out. For sure, our regular UPS driver did not deliver it. I had to wait until the next evening to open the box as the external and internal box (that contained the product) had to dry. For me, it was too difficult to attach the different attachments. In addition, I found that this product was NOT as advertised! On TV they made it look as though the blades would fit into the so-called "handy" drawer built into it. They were too big to fit in that drawer. I sent it back. I was charged for the return shipping and I will question the rightfulness of that. This is my first "Poor" rating at HSN and I'm disappointed in Emeril's "Soux Chef" and the representation of it.

I loved the ease of this product.
It is easy to use and the suction cups on the bottom keep it in place. I made a delicious pesto sauce in minutes! can't wait to try the other attachments. The storage compartment keeps things together and out of sight. Great for the price!

We bought this because we wanted to use it as a juicer and thought the extra uses would be great - but this had A LOT of parts and NO instructions and only a few recipes. A machine like this should have a booklet at least. Very disappointed.

I received the food processor and to be truthful, am surprised and disappointed with the quality. I purchased this because of the Emeril name, but found a product that was substandard and built cheaply. I tried to grind almonds for a recipe and took FOREVER, between pulsing and level 3. It did not perform like my old processor. The bowl is very flimsy and the unit shakes. I do like the attachment "garage" at the base of the unit. I would not purchase this again.
I would return it, but have thrown the box and packaging away.

I was very disappointed with this appliance. It is cheaply made and the lids don't lock into the grooves very well. When I tried to cut vegetables, the carrots for instance didn't stay upright when using the presser and ended up slicing them sideways. They looked horrible...I did better slicing them by hand. This was my first food processor and perhaps I expected too much....but won't buy another after this.

This product is the worst thing I've ever purchased from HSN. I usually trust the person that is endorsing products, but I am completely suprised that Emeril would attach his name to such a peice of garbage. I wasn't expecting much for the price, but it wouldn't even turn on. It is so poorly made that the attachments wouldn't fit securly. Do yourself a favor and don't purchase this. I don't think it deserves any stars.

I ordered this from TV Ad. It shipped to my home. I was so excited to have it even though it had sooooo many parts to keep up with. I washed it and cleaned it up in order to make my first recipe! Would NOT even come on!!!! I was so disgusted!!!!! Had to repack all those parts and return it for credit. What a hassell!!! I would have kept it, if it had worked. But, this processor is very light weight and cheap plastic and hard to get the top to close properly.
Emeril should not put his name on something so cheap! I have his cookware and love it!

I bought this with the intention of making homemade baby food for my son, and it is a really nice appliance. Not only do I use it for all of his food, I use it for other things as well. Very professional product!

I have used this to chop up 20+ cups of peppers at a time, onions too, as well as shred over 40 cups of squash at a time. It works great, you have to know you can't overload it, or force things. I juiced a bag of lemons and made lemon ice cubes, IT WORKS FINE! I paid full price for mine last summer, so at $99 is's a super deal. I haven't used the blender that much, but it did work fine when I made blended cocktails with ice. You get along onf BAM for your Buck with this. I mainly use mine to chop and shred veggies for making such goodies as salsa, relish, jam, quacamole, chicken salad, refried beans, smoothies, orange and lemon juices. It's well worth the price, I'm thinking about buying one as a gift for my daughter, she loves mine!

I bought this unit in February of 2009 -- the juicer is useless; what a mess, the motor is not strong enough. Also, I don't feel the instructions are detailed enough as far as using the different blades and stuff and setting up the unit.
The entire thing stopped working in July after I made a batch of hummus. I'm waiting to hear what T-Fal will do to replace my unit. In the meantime, I am left with nothing.

I am ok with the product now that I have instructions, however HSN Customer Service left me regretting I bought it. Came with no instructions or recipe cards. Called HSN and was told to call the company myself, there was nothing they could do. My order that day totaled over $1000.00 and they didn't even want to help, gave me excuses as to why they couldn't help. HSN's anser finally, I got a photo copy of the instruction book and recipe cards. I am very,very dissappointed with HSN!

I bought this in January 09, and to this day I don't know how to set-up the juicer.
The processor is too weak, a piece of it broke off while i was putting food into it and now it doesnt work, only the blender part work.
