I received this machine and was able to put it together by myself 2.5 hrs. At first it was working okay then after a week the clicking noise began as everyone has mentioned and then the belt broken. I called customer service several times and was on hold forever. I returned and ordered a different brand and hope this one will work out.

After using the elliptical 2-3x a week for a couple of weeks, it began making clicking noises. The clicking noises became loud rubbing & clanking noises. I was past the 30 day HSN return period, so I called Proform. They would not help unless I purchased their extended warranty. I asked about the 90 warranty that comes with it, and they said that it does not cover service calls look at it..i.e. the 90 day warranty is a joke!" Do yourself a favor and invest your money into something better.

Purchased this elliptical on 3-1 recieved it on 3-12. Recieved it not only broken but the strudy 1" tube steel was bent. My husband is a UPS driver, he says they would have had to drop it from a very high level to bend it (like out of the semi they send to your home to deliver it). Turns out HSN can't return it until Proform mails me the label. Today is 3-23, no pick up. If you have a problem HSN does not have these instock they come from Proform. Be prepared to deal with the runaround to get it

ARRIVED IN GREAT SHAPE, NO BROKEN BOX AS OTHERS HAVE STATED. TOOK MY HUSBAND ONLY ONE HOUR TO PUT IT TOGETHER AND HE DID IT ALONE. MAKE SURE TO NOT THROW AWAY THE LITTLE PACKAGE OF GREASE THAT COMES WITH IT AS THIS IS IMPORTANT TO USE. USE LOTS OF GREASE AND THERE IS ALSO NO SQUEAKING ON MINE. LOVE IT AND IT IS A GREAT WORKOUT.USED IT AS SOON AS IT WAS PUT TOGETHER. ALMOST DIDN'T BUY IT BECAUSE OF THE REVIEWS BUT AS SO GLAD I DID.I AM ALSO GOING TO BUY A STATIONARY BIKE FROM PROFORM NOW.

Arrived with main parts broken. Took me an hour just to get it out of the box and now I have to try to get it all back in the box. Could not get a real person to answer at ProForm, but decided it cost too much to keep it if it's defective from the word go.

Missing one screw and ProForm's customer service does not deliver - no return call but was able to get a similar one at Hardware store. Seems like a good choice and solid for the $$.

i was told i would need to spend thousands for a good quality elliptical but i got this yesterday & its just as good as the one i used at the gym plus it has more features. i highly recommend an elliptical for anyone looking to start exercising or wanting to lose weight & this one is perfect you just cant beat the price. an elliptical burns more calories than a treadmill & i lost 25 pounds using the elliptical at my gym without dieting. assembly for this is quick & easy & it runs quietly.

the ProForm is vey effictive, the only major problem is that it makes clicking noise my husband is constantly tighting it up,it is too big to send it back,i just hope that we can figure out how to stop the noise when i'am using it. But it really is a good product

This product is awesome. When it arrived I was nervous about putting it together, but my husband did it by himself while I was at work. It was a big surprise. I love it. It is very quiet, the movements are very smooth. It is a very easy machine to work with. The ellipical macahine is main equipment I use when I go to the gym. I just dont like going to the gym. It is very good quality. I LOVE IT!!!!!!
