I got these in the gray, loved them at first, especially the adjustable tab to allow for a high arch BUT I wore them only 4 times & the heel cap just came off as I was walking up stairs @ work. Couldn't find the little end piece that fell off. Had to hobble around 1/2" shorter on one side for rest of day. Shoe repair store can fix it but it shouldnt have come off Was going to order more Helle but manufacturing seems poor.

Helle has always been comfy but they have made great strides in givng us great designs. These clogs are precious and I picked them up in both colors. Our local shoe store always sizes up one size when they are fitting customers. I remembered this and sized up and they fit perfect. I wear 6 in flats....6 1/2 in high heels and the Helle 7 fits perfect.

When I got these, I thought they were gorgeous! But, they run small. I ordered my regular size and it was at least 1/2 size or more too small. I was heart broken to send them back but had no choice. There were no larger sizes available. I've ordered several of this brand at the same time and ended up sending them all back. What a disappointment.

I just received the brown - they fit perfect. This is my second pair and Helle shoes are the most comfortable attractive shoes out there. I hope HSN keeps them in stock with more styles.

Just received these in the gray and they are beautiful and so-oooo comfortable. The Spanish people really know how to make shoes. I will definitely order more in the Helle Comfort shoes. Thanks, HSN. Keep them coming!!! As far as the instep goes I had no problem with that because the instep is adjustable!!! I ordered a 6 and I normally wear a 5 or 5 or 5 1/2.

I didn't get to see the live presentation for these shoes, because I quickly ordered them online when they first posted (so I wouldn't miss out). I normally wear a size 8 1/2 but sized up to a 9. I can barely fit my feet into them (and I'm usually swimming in a 9)! For the price of these shoes, can't they be made true-to-size?

Received these shoes yesterday they are beautiful but did not fit. I have several pair of Helle and have always been told to order a larger size, but the hostess kept emphasising to order regular size, so I changed my order and now have to send these back. What a disapointment. Of course the correct size is now on wait list. I must say that when I have the correct size Helle shoes are the most comfortable shoe I have ever worn.
