I am NOT SATISFIED with a product that has NO POWER; and I am EXTREMELY NOT SATISFIED with the way HSN is resolving the issue. HSN is telling me, their paying customer to do their job of following up with the manufacturer, when clearly, within this week, the product should still be in fact NEW and in good, working condition. Is this a RETURN from another user?
My friends are asking how the SCOOBA I bought from HSN is. Now how do I answer that question? It is a $200++ non-working piece lying on my kitchen floor, thanks to HSN?

I apologize that we do not currently have quantities available for exchange of this item.
On the brighter side the item does come with a manufacturer's 1-year limited warranty. Our solution to ensuring you have an iRobot Scooba may be to access your warranty. I have included the contact information below, for your convenience.
