I just received mine and i use it for cosmo school, i didn't find any stains or marks.Its good quality and stylish. I seen some at the mall but the quality is not so good and its more EXPENSIVE.

IT WORKS FOR ME! IN FACT, MY DAUGHTERS AND GRANDDAUGHTERS LOVE IT AS WELL. I DIDN'T REALIZE HOW CHIC IT WAS WHEN I ORDERED IT. A NICE SURPRISE. A MULLTI-GENERATION BAG. A PERFECT CARRY ON.
PS I HAVE ACTUALLY USED IT AND IT'S NOT FALLING APART.

This is a very cheaply made duffle. I ordered the Giraffe duffle & tote as a set. They arrived with purple stains on them that cannot be removed. The velcro lining in the duffle looks cheap & tacky. Both have been returned as defective. HSN should not be selling such junks - shame on you for trying to pass these off as designer pieces.

I agree bag should have been made better on the inside. I also ordered tote that matches. Good thing they are gone.Handles are pink plastic and they were ruined.Had black ink on them that wouldn't come off.Cust serv rep seemed to already know of this problem. How do so many bags get by"quality assurance?"I guess that is what happens when they are so mass produced. Other people had complained as well. Very

I looked all over for a stylish rolling duffle and found this one on HSN via a google search. I had never ordered anything from HSN before. I was a little worried after reading previous reviews, but was pleasantly suprised when my order came. The material, I think is a nice thick sturdy material. It looks great and is very roomy. I had the order shipped to my work, and when everyone else saw it, we ordered 2 more. It also prompted me to order the matching tote.

As my other friend said very poor construction at the base. Going back. They should have made base little bit sturdy and strong.

Bought this bag for my daughter who loves the zebra print. Very disapointed! This bag is very cheaply made. Liner inside is held together by velcro but even worse the velcro strips inside the bag did not line up, so the liner was not held in place therefor exposing the metal bars at the bottom of the bag. Quality control issuses as well, my bag came with stains on it, the wheels looked scuffed up and the handle was dirty as well.
