A cosmetic bag can cost this much so if you compare that it's a good deal. If you want to put anything of any weight in this bag I think it will crack and fall apart. Seemed very poor quality. I sent the purple back.

Ordered the purple and fell in love - went back for another and it was sold out!!! will be keeping my eye out for the purple to come available again.

I also have this bag in the carryall duffle style. Its great. Not worth any bad reviews at all.I wouldnt use for international travel but its great for weekends or to just store things in. Its not bad quality for such a great price. Go for it ladies, its really cute and having been to Paris myself its oh so chic and very Parisian.

Got the box and first thing I thought was, yikes...it's soooo light! I opened it and it was cute. Love the purple. BUT...it's very cheaply made. I can see maybe $20 but that's it. Sending it back. Too bad, because the purple's really cute.

WAY TOO EXPENSIVE FOR QUALITY! CAME WITH GOLD CHEAP ZIP HANGER BROKEN OFF~ TOO HEAVY TO PAY RETURN POSTAGE SO WILL KEEP IT. NOT STURDY~ ONE SMALL BAG DOES NOT ZIP OPEN FAR ENOUGH TO BE ABLE TO USE IT~

Just got this bag in...looks great! Handle and zippers are not too flimsy as stated in other comments. They are tough. I've already used mine for a weekend trip and it worked great. Held tons of stuff! Little too big for a carry-on, measurements show that. Overall very pleased! I'm going to get another for my mother!

Very snazzy/delightfully lightweight. The practical boxy shape holds lots of items without everything getting squooshed, lots of room for sweaters, shoes, and the makings of our smiles. Sure, it's probably not hefty enough for air travel, but hey, when going by car or train, why not jump at the chance to look stellar while you're carrying everything you need AND want to have with you? I am very happy! Thank you!

i purchased the purple set & since i've yet 2 travel this season, not sure how it'll hold up. luckily, i only car travel due 2 miss lucy, canine. probably won't take as much of a beating.

UPS dropped it off just a few minutes ago. I think it's really cute, I ordered the black set. The straps & zippers look flimsy for the amount of stuff you could fit in the bag. I would of liked to kept it, but there's a rip all the way across the side of it (looks like from a box cutter).

It would never survive as checked luggage; too big for carry on. OK for a car trip (hence "trunk case"). It is thin quilted plastic over a flexible backer on the largest sides, and plastic backed by foam on the edges. The 3 piece cosmetic set matches a quilted patent handbag, so I will get some use out of it. I saw the same set for $39.95 at an import store (same construction and quality), but a childish green print. Think carefully before buying, it may not be sturdy enough for your needs.
