I read the reviews, but I decidec to give this set a chance anyway. I have the 28 piece Bistro Elite set (all stainless steel), and have been happy with it. I ordered this because I wanted the small 8" non-stick and the 12" saute to add to my Bistro set. The "non-stick" pan STICKS. I can't get my eggs to lift off the pan without breaking. I like the stainless steel 12" saute pan, but this set is going back because it's not worth the price for just one pan that I like.

The best thing about these pans is the even heat distribution. Put 4 chops in the 12" pan and they all brown evenly. Even better than my cast Iron pans. They look good, they cook good, and they clean up easy. Would have given the set a 5 but the tongs that come with it seem flimsy don't open wide enough to be useful and have no grips so they get slippery. This is my first W.P. purchase but it won't be my last

I followed every direction from Wolfgang, wash& dry pans first,warm pan 1-2 minutes, don't season while in pan with salt, add light olive oil & cooked . Then put a little water in to soak and wash with little soap & water & dry. Guess what I got ? Pitted marks on inside of pan that would not come off. I don't think any marks or pits should be on these pans.Luster should stay for price that was paid!Sorry going back.Very dissappointed~

The first time I used the 12" skillet I was cooking extra thick
boneless pork chops in the oven set on 325 degrees. I heard a loud bang , the glass lid had shattered into a million pieces infusing the meat with glass. I noticed that the inside of the pan was also discolored and there was nothing that would help it. I contacted Wolfgang Puck's office to report the incident but they never returned an answer. Last time I will buy his products.

Excellent pans. Easy clean up. Just add water while pan is hot. Then put in dishwasher. Absolutely love the non-stick.

I love my pans. Pancakes in medium size perfect golden brown. Fried eggs slide out of the small non-stick. My husband loves the pans also. Last night I made homemade Italian Meat Balls. Even browning added red sauce and simmered. Washed pan 1 hour after dinner. Cleaned up next to instant. I am so glad I ordered them.

The first pan I used, was the 10*, when I was thru washing it , I noticed a discoloration in the center of it, no matter how much I cleaned it, it remained, the rest of the pan kept it's sheen ,sides & bottom. I purchased mr. puck's product becauce I thought he lent his name to quality.

THESE PANS ARE EXCETIONAL. I SWITCED TOO ALL STAINLESS STEEL PANS WITHOUT THE NON-STICK AND THESE ARE GREAT. WOLF'S COOKWARE IS ABSULUTELY THE BEST. GREAT HEAT DISTRIBUTION AND EASY TO CLEAN. GREAT PRODUCT.
