I received my luggage just in time for our trip and was so excited to use it. It worked great. It was like I took my dresser on vacation. Good quality and the best price. I don't understand the low reviews on this product. I think it should get 5 stars. I just love it and performs the way Joy Mangano says it will.

The bags of course don't compare in quality to the one expandable carry on for which I paid more than this whole set. For the money, they seem serviceable enough, should last for a few trips, and you get several pieces. I especially look forward to using the drawered suitcase on my Thanksgiving trip to my daughters. My suitcase always lies in the kids' bathroom, with stuff spilling out. Now it will stand along the wall like a chest of drawers!
My issue is that the material is toxic. It's not so bad that I won't use them, since I paid good money. I aired the clothes hanging piece outside for a day, as the toxic smell was very obvious. Now that I have the drawers out, they too have a toxic odor. I laid them out this morning, and am leaving the window open near them. I am also running an air cleaner.
Oh, for the good ol' days.

I already owned one of Joy's xtra large elite dressers with drawers that had become the real "workhorse" of my luggage and LOVED IT!
When I saw this set go on sale I jumped at it! All these pieces for what you could easily spend for just one. The garment bag in this set works EXACTLY as featured and I've had no problems really packing it full. My husband and I both fit all our hanging garments in it and we have been traveling a lot! The small briefcase on wheels is perfect for our laptop, my folding jewelry case and all "on the plane" essentials and you still have the tote! My only dissapointment in the set was that I didn't realize that the "elite dresser" in this set was smaller than the one I already owned. Thought it was the same one. Would like to see the larger one offered again. I have been very pleased with Joy's luggage. My husband was very glad that I got more pieces as well.

Hi HSN Friends!
I purchased 2 Sets of this Luggage.
Luggage arrived in a HUGE Box! It was Well Packaged & Wrapped & Arrived Safely.
Onto the Luggage itself. It's Quite Heavy Empty which I Personally Like as I Don't want a Flimsy piece. Luggage Appears to be Well Made~Though Only the Test of Time Tells the Truth when it comes to this! The Only Noticable Defect~So Far~is that the Briefcase Bag arrived with a Tiny~Microscopic Scuff~Barely Noticable~Just Enough to Bug me.
Aside from that, All Appears Fine.
We've taken the Luggage on a Couple of Trips when Traveling by Car. They have Successfully Traveled Well So Far~Zippers Thankfully Haven't been a Problem, No Rips, Tears or Defects To Date.
The Luggage Design seems Reasonably Well Thought Out. The Piece that has the Removable Drawer is Handy. I Especially Love the Wheelie Briefcase which has a TON of room and is Very Well Organized.

I was excited about using this luggage for the first time but it was a disaster!!! First of all the zippers were very hard to manage then when packed the luggage would tip over the luggage was hard to roll about. I wasted my money.

Bought three (3) separate sets of this luggage - we took our two oldest grandchildren (who had just turned 21)on a 7-day cruise and bought them each a set as well as one for us. It's everything they say - however, the luggage covers were not offered when we bought these sets - wish Joy would make them available by themselves for all of us that already owned the luggage!!

I really do appreciate this luggage being not only attractive, but well made as well. The wheels are great and it's easy to use. The drawer feature is wonderful. Joy really knows home products and how to make them more user friendly to all.

I used this set for my virgin cruise and it was wonderful! Packing was easy and unpacking was a snap. When my other cabin mates were complaining about space and where to put stuff, I was enjoying that first bottle of Champaign - laughing at them! The drawer concept worked perfectly in a situation w/ minimal space! I gave it only 4 stars because overall, the luggage is a bit heavy, but the wheels worked fantastic which makes pulling/pushing the luggage easy. Just a bit heavy to get in and out of a truck or up/down stairs - but that's what men are for! Also, the id cuffs do not secure very well - I lost one on my first trip, but I got over it. Overall - great luggage that has been used several times and has held up - unlike the other reviews.

I really loved the idea and after practice trying to pack things in like Joy, took it on two trips.. Slight thread stress at the top where the faux leather and canvas come together and pulling away form struts. Second trip the threads are coming apart and one wheel doesn't like to turn without difficulty, on the large clothes it all. I really do like the idea. But Joy may need to change quality engineer inspectors or is it just the company used to manufacture the luggage. Old adage is true YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR .

I am so glad I did not listen to the reviews on this set. Makes you wonder who's really writing them....anyway. This is the best luggage set I've ever seen. The functionality and practicality of the design....all the features you could ever want in one set. I actually packed these bags once I got them out of the box and was amazed at how much stuff I could pack. There are tons of sites that offer "how to pack" advice to help maximize your space, just google it. I am totally sold on these and will order again. I don't foresee any problems with this set that couldn't happen with any other set. SEE FOR YOURSELF!!!! I rated 4 stars only because I just received these and will rate again once I fly with them.

I am soooooo impressed with the luggage!
The craftsmanship is wonderful. I can't get over all the compartments that I can stash my extras. They even thought of a handle on the bottom so it's easier to pick up and place on my bed to unpack. I have lived out of suitcases all my life, and this makes my life so easy. I can hook up the garment bag, and leave items in my drawers, then I'm good to go.

I recieved my luggage and was so scared to open it but pleasantly surprised. It is so well put together, and much more than I expected. I am sooo glad that I did not listen to the reviews! This is not a flimsy, 'fall apart' set of luggage. It is well thought-out and the structure of it is not cheap. It is a strong set of luggage. My family and friends will not believe how functional this luggage is. I don't understand why the other reviews were so bad? Do not listen to them. I will be going up North to visit friends and relatives for a month. This set will make the packing part of the trip a success! The portable 'dresser' will be such a convenience. Will be able to just carry my toiletries in a 'drawer' to the bathroom and bring back with me to my room. I honestly don't understand the problems. I foresee no problems at all. Thanks so much Joy Mangano for the wonderful set! If I have any problems at all I will write in but I honestly don't see that I will. Beautiful plum color also.

I've had this luggage set for approximately 8 months. I use the small suitcase with drawers often. I love the drawers and it keeps me from packing too much. The removable hanging makeup container is perfect for the bathroom door. I use the purse often to carry water bottles in the side pockets are perfect because I live in AZ. The purse came in handy when I had filled the roller computer case too full and it wouldn't fit in the overhead. I just removed some files and placed them in the purse and everything fit. The rolling computer case actually holds more than a larger one I purchased from someone else. I haven't used the hanging bag yet but I look forward to it. I would love to have a carry on suitcase with this set because the small suitcase with the drawers is too big to carry on. The wheels make it so very easy maneuver through the airport. Thank you.

I was surprised to see that people didn't like this set. I've had my set for at least 2 1/2 years now. We take it everywhere. I travel for business and utilize it all the time. I find that there is plenty of storage. I'm surprised at one person's comment that they thought that the drawers didn't hold enough. My husband and I are not small people and we packed enough clothes for over a week in one of the bags. Granted we were mixing and matching, but we had room. I also love the garment bag. I think there is plenty of space: My husband and I each had several different outfits for a 10 day cruise and our set worked just fine to hold our clothing.
I think this is a wonderful product (and have bought it as gifts for friends). At this price, I may get another set!

I have used this set for travel many times and have not had one problem to date. I believe that some people don't know how to use this luggage properly. Watch the video. The suitcase with the drawers has a pole on the left hand side when opened up which props open the case. It has lasted through five flights now without a dent or scratch. The zippers work great. I can easily identify the luggage when it comes off the rack. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS SET. My only critique is that I need a carry on due to the luggage restrictions now, and I do agree that the tote needed a zipper and a front pocket for travel documents. THE INLINE SKATE WHEELS ARE AMAZING. Thanks Joy for a wonderful product. DON'T BELIEVE ALL THE BAD RAPS. NOT JUSTIFIED. I have studied luggage from all over!!

Very disappointed.Drawers in one piece didn't
hold much at all. Had to remove them and just pack.The Suiter is even worse!
Clothes didn't stay on bar .Found all clothes
off the bar and on the bottom of case.Had to remove some clothes in order to get piece to fold.Waste of money!

Luggage did not last, used for 1 plane trip and it's falling apart. Luggage tags broke and handle where attached to luggage is seperated on both larger pieces. Did not use interior closet because they could not hold enough clothes for two people with insert. Beaten up outside luggage with covers which got ripped to shreds right away. Extremely heavy without clothes and over luggage weight limits with clothes! Big Waste of Money!

I travel frequently so I was very excited to purchase the luggage, it looked great and Joy did a great job of selling it. However I have never been so disappointed with a product. The name tags bracelets and the suitcase protective covers never made it to the very first destination. The dresser fell apart on the way home, I am happy that I wasn't picking up my clothes from the luggage carousel. The XL garment was a joke, once you got your business suits in the mobile closet, you couldn't lock the bar down, and if you filled the side pockets, it was too heavy for one person to take out of the suitcase and hang in a closet. Not to mention that the XL garment bag was unstable. The rolling briefcase did not have enough padding to make it safe for your laptop and was hard to maneuver in airplanes. The tote should have had a zipper, because belongings could easily be snatched out or tumble out if not placed upright.
