This Luggage set is excellent. I was hesitant about buying this but I am glad I did. The quality of the set is very good. It is light and I actually will use all pieces. I ordered 2 sets one for me in black and one for my wife in mauve. I recomend this to everyone that is looking for a new luggage set.

I purchased the mauve a year ago for a trip to SoutheastAsia. The color is unique and easy to spot on the baggage carousel. I just returned from Spain with the same set and again, no issues. I like the fact that it is expandable and it holds up well and its unique color. The only problem is that the airline broke one of the tabs on the zipper, easy enough to fix. Like the other person, I do not use the two smaller bags, but the suitcases are the right size for international and local travel.

I was SO EXCITED to purchase this set. Set arrived locked and could not be opened. Called Heys directly and was told that the it was damaged. Long story short, it's going back! Not happy with the quality, I think it looked cheap. The exterior scratches and smudges easily. I always check ratings and everyone else seems happy, but I wasn't. Just ordered a different set by a different brand and am hoping for the best.

I love this luggage. I am a true road warrior, I travel for work 40 plus weeks out of the year. I go through suitcases like crazy. This stuff held up amazing through 6 flights already and looks like new. Great wheels, nice space. Great price, best I have seen. You wont be sorry!

I just received my luggage, in the mauve (soft pink) color, which looks great in person! The color looks just as shown online - and Heys is known for reputable and quality luggage - so I'm hoping I'm still this happy with my purchase after I take it on a few vacations and through a few baggage checks. Before my purchase, I shopped around for a quite a while and this is by far the best deal around!
My only complaint - and it's not really a complaint - would be that the two small black bags are pretty useless. I will never use them. I would rather have saved a few bucks and done without - but even with the small bags - this is a great deal! If you are in need of new luggage or are looking for a gift for a upcoming college student - I say go for it!

I purchased the silver set. The 2 large luggage pieces come with built in TSA-accepted combo locks. The 360 degree wheels are a convenience, the lining is pretty AND both pieces are expandable. The larger of the 2 travel bags is padded and will fit a laptop; the smaller contains 1 bag for personal items as well as a lighted snap-in key fob. This is the best price I have found to date on Heys luggage, which has an excellent reputation for luxury and durability.
