Pillow arrived in poor condition because it was packaged inadequately prior to being shipped to me. It also looked unclean, as if it had been returned (then sold to me) or kept in poor storage conditions at the HSN Warehouse. Was going to return it, but my son cried when I said I was going to do it; so, I just gave up. Will have to send it to the cleaners and spend more money on it. HSN must improve on QC, warehousing, and shipping standards or they will lose valuable customers--not worth it.
