For several years, I have had Wolfgang's 18/10 cookware. Because it is so fantastic, I have had no reason to replace it. I keep adding more open stock pieces...like this pan. It is marvelous! It is a lot like the wok he came out with a few years back, only without a long handle on one end. Used it the first night I got it and it is now my favorite pan!

I keep this pan on my stove all the time and use it daily. It is heavy and if you follow the instructions food will not stick. Heat the pan on medium heat a couple of minutes; add oil and let it get hot for a couple of minutes then add the food. As soon as the food is taken out of the pan, add water, bring to a boil and scrape the bottom. If you do all that, washing is quick and the pan looks like new. I never put pans in the dishwasher, nor the knives and they all look great!
