I agree that this item was seriously misrepresented. My first shipment was acceptable (nothing great), but the second shipment didn’t even include the Pads (as listed in the description). The first shipment had two olive oil scrubs, and the second shipment had another one. There were many trial sizes, although the presentation implied that they would all be full size products. Also, the second box was much cheaper quality. I am canceling my autoship, and this will be my last purchase from SSC.

ANOTHER OLIVE SCRUB!! I THOUGHT THERE WAS SUPPOSE TO BE IN EVERY SURPRISE BOX, THE FIRMING PADS WHICH I LOVE. BUT THERE WASN'T ANY IN MY BOX. I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED TOO. PLUS THE ACNE PRODUCTS, COME ON. WILL CANCEL AUTOSHIP.

I received the latest surprise kit and found 3 acne products!!! Sorry, but I'm 51 and couldn't use these nor do I know anyone else who can. Also, more olive oil facial scrub, which I received in the kit before. This kit is going back. Send me some real usable products that are not the same each time, Jennifer. I feel that you are overstocked on some items and trying to get rid of them!

Loved trying some of the newer products including Ice Age, A Force, and the Calstrum eye cream- I also received two trial size cleansers and an olive oil scrub but I love all the products and it is such a great price- I also got a lip line moisturizer (can't remeber it's name) that I love- This for me has been the best selection of all of the surpise kits I have bought-

1st shipment had TWO olive creams, now another in the 2nd shipment, and now TWO of the same acne cleansers. NO PRODUCT LIST sent with shipment to make sure we received what we are supposed to. the pretty patterned gift box was replaced with a cheaper one. Plus it costs customer to RETURN it. Cancelling my AUTOSHIP!!

How unfair. I am a Seroius skin care lover! Jennifer promised that there would be no duplicate products and what do her loyal customers get? Duplicate products! If you promised there would be no duplicate products there shold not be! This is not fair to your loyal customers!!!

I too wonder if HSN was clearing out old product. A cream expires in February 09!! FOur trial sizes, a duplicate--thats not a fair way to treat loyal customers (me-1996-love the a, c, olive, creamerum, relinia). Hair remover actaully worked(old version did not), it stings, is that worth it? For the price it is fair, but these should be regular size, FRESH products. Will hope the next autoship is better.I have had 6 pumps break on products, please decrease the amount of packaging you are using!

The pads were dry as other reviewers commented. The hair remover caused chemical burns on my skin that were extremely painful and I do not have sensitive skin. Additionally, one of the products was a trial size and I distinctly remember the host stating that all products were full size versions. I feel as if the kit was definitely misrepresented.
The only reason I kept the kit was because of the Rulinea Eye Cream. I feel like the company just sent me their old and un-sellable merchandise.

I was pleasantly surprised upon opening my box of goodies.I am fairly new to the line and was sold on the pads and the rulinea eye cream that Jen had revealed in the presentation.I had always wanted to try these 2 products out so the other 6 that I got in my box were really all bonuses for me!I have enjoyed all the products I have received and am looking forward to my next shipment.Try getting just one of these products in another line for the price you pay for this whole kit...you can't!

This was a good kit. I love the facial firming pads--mine weren't dried up. The only thing I don't use is the hair remover. This kit contained 2 of the same item, but luckily I like the scrub--my hubby's even using it and likes it!

I like trying new things and find the items in here excellent. It is nice to try something from different lines w/o taking the plunge into buying an entire kit just to try it out.

My face and neck look worse after using these products, not better! I normally have nice skin, so I didn't think I'd have a problem trying out SSC...but ick! The only item I kind of liked was the Olive Oil Scrub. The eye cream doesn't absorb. The day cream appears to only be sunscreen? C night cream was OK, but I didn't like the smell. Pads are dry. Honestly, this does not give me the urge to try SSC ever again!

4 full size(including a hair remover which I don't need),4 trial size(including 2 Olive scrubs) The pads are huge as they said but very dry.Wei East Golden Root 60 pads are in smaller container but twice heavy and soaked in liquid.The A cream is expiring on 02/09,not fresh.I don't know if the brown color of Rulinea eye cream is right.The scrub is harsh.I've had so many better scrubs.The cleanser is 2oz trial size.The creme is the only thing I like but it's just 1oz.Don't know if it's fresh.

I WAS SOOO DISAPPOINTED TO SEE THESE PRODUCTS. SMALL, TWO OF THE SAME...WELL I HAD TO RETURN MY "SURPRISE BOX" AND CANCEL THE AUTOSHIP I HAD FOR THIS PARTICULAR ITEM. I WAS EXPECTING SOMETHING LIKE LAST YEAR'S "HALLOWEEN SURPRISE BOX"(OCTOPBER), FULL SIZE ITEMS NOT TRIAL SIZES.

I thought Jennifer said full sizes of products. It was very disappointing to get such a small cleanser, two of the same product. My box said it expired soon. One item was missing and I sent it back.

I have been a faithful SSC cust.& was totally disappointed in the recent surprise box! More of a shock! 2 of the products were full size, but what teeny,tiny other five! Then, to be given 2 of the same products in the same line! I purchased an extra surprise box for my dtr., to introduce her to SSC products that I have raved about, now I feel like I have an empty array of choices to introduce to her. I won't do this again. Sorry Jen, you goofed on this one, especially to your loyal customers.

Overall, I will say that the suprise box was ok. Firming pads were saturated no problem there. I like the fact that I am able to try new products to see if I like them or not. As far as two of the same I am thinking by getting two it is suppose to equal to one? I will wait for the next shipment before I decided to move ahead or not.

I, too, was disappointed in this package. I'm sure one of the times presented on TV Jen revealed a second product,which was not included in my box. (One reason I bought this) Also, they are supposed to be full sized products. I don't use the olive oil line so to receive 2 of the same product from this line was a let down. My pads were not saturated, and I hoped to be able to sample NEW products. I do like SSC very much, and I recognize the value but I think this will be going back.

I like some products from SSC but the pads in my kit were dry and the Rulinea eye was a ugly green color. I don't know if the Rulinea eye is suppost to be this color or not, I thought Rulinea was white. I did not like the other products in the kit I sent mine back. I think I am going to try another skin care line.
